@nickmacaulay Many songs were about revolution by Johnny Hobo, it was just covered with lyrics of pills, heroin, and alcohol. I personally love Johnny Hobo more because the lyrics written in those days were like theme songs for my life. I also liked the acoustic guitar and his raw voice more than all the instruments mixed in. And all of his songs have always been with passion, or he wouldn't have sung them.

Well while he was in Johnny Hobo he occasionally had someone play Harmonica, Drum kit, and trumpet, and his new band has people playing banjo, accordian, tamberine, and piano. So obviously not. And your right, getting strung out and killing cops isn't mature material for lyrics, but It represents who I am and what I've been through. And I HAVE read his lyrics and they are still VERY good, but I said I liked the SOUND of JHatFT better.
