why does everyone seem unaware that this video was creaed and posted by the official schick account--that is, that this video is not made by an amateur! the video serves two purposes, one benign, and one malignant. first, it inspires contestants to make a good video (benign). but it also represents the likely contest winner, because all entries are atrocious except for philelly's. if this contest wins, schick will simply give the 25 grand to itself (malignant). clearly a scam!!!!!

Funny video - I rate it as one of the best. It looks like a commercial, with lots of humor. A little long, but I did not feel the need to hit the stop button like I did on some of the others.

This is another very impressive example of what a genuinely motivated (and probably a very hungry)group of future artists can aspire to. A bit raw, but WOW a definate benchmark for other hopefuls to reach. If professionally mastered and edited, this work no doubt would be in the same class as this year's top-rated super bowl advertisements. I am eagerly looking forward to more work from this team - my hat is off in the most respectful way to this team for this effort!

i agree that this is a well-made video, but you neglect to note that this video was uploaded by the user 'schick'--that is, the very same user running the contest! in other words, this is a professional video (albeit filmed in a casual way) and should not be used as a 'benchmark' for us amateur contestants (although our videos are perhaps better).
