From what I can hear, after Hatter says, "We'll just let this play out", Robert the piano man makes a remark about the queen, something like, "She's very pretty, isn't she?", to which Hatter replies, "Oh she's always pretty!" Peter, who wasn't listening to their conversation, turns around to curiously ask "Who's pretty??"... And then we all know what Hatter says after THAT. Hehe.
