According to Tom and Interscope Records, the new album is due 2011. Kinda far from now, but it makes sense. Travis working on his solo record, tom on tour with angels. Then all of them back for the European tour this summer. I doubt theyd find time finish the new album between any of those things.

Then (i forget where) he said that they were even deeper into the process then before the tour.

Tom and his other band (not a side project, a legitimate, never going away, heart and soul band), Angels & Airwaves, finished recording and mixing their new album (which is free at their website) in February. Angels & Airwaves is on tour right now, Blink has a European tour this summer, AVA have another tour in the fall, and Blink will probably get into the studio next January... hopefully
