I'm on week three of P90X and will finish my first round on my 3Oth bday. I wanted you to know that your video inspired me. and now my 56 year old dad wants to bring it too. Awesome job and thank you.
P.S. I love the song but can't find it. is it a remix or is the title youtube says wrong?
bad back, bad knees ... all degenerative arthritis. I'm a 50 year old female who has been a cyclist for the last ten years up until a year ago when my knees got so bad I had to stop riding the hills in Richmond. I too could use to regenerate by body. I'm way too flabby and not ready to accept being "old." ;-). I wonder how much of these routines I can manage with my physical limitations?
Thanks, everybody for the positive feedback. Stayed with P90X in one form or another for the last 15 months. Did two rounds (six months) and then have switched it up with treadmill and weights and now vary between. BTW, you'd still need to buy the program after seeing this vid as it only shows about 1/10th of what they offer. If you follow the diet guide and do the workouts as required this program will absolutely work for you. Best shape I've EVER been in and now I'm 51. Gotta love it!
You look great. Are you dieting while you are doing the program? I'm 51 and I've been doing the program about three week. I'm having a hard time keeping up because I'm over weight. Do you have any suggestions?
