That's because it's easier to make power with forced induction. Cheaper too. There are a few people who run high compression NA motors, but not many. It's just not fun nor is it easy. DSM's don't have the NA following like Hondas do. Why have a cast iron block that can take just about anything you throw at it if you're not going to pump it full of some serious boost.
Remember kiddies, in the end an engine is just an air pump. It sucks in gas and pushes out gas. Turbo simply puts it in better.

Chrysler was still using/helping Mitsubishi make the cars, thus why the Eagle Talons have the Chrysler logo on their side skirt. I have a 1995 Eagle Talon TSI with a 6 bolt swap, on the side of the door, where the vin number is, still says DSM. So go ALL Eagle/Mitsubishi cars up to 1998. Btw, if that's your argument, it wasn't renamed Mitsubishi Motors of America UNTIL later 1995, when the 1996 models were already in early marketing.
2G DSMs suck 1G all the way only true DSMs were 1990-93 after that diamond star motors went out of business 2G were nothing but a different body interior and 5 more HP.

Yes, because we would trade our cars which have been proven to handle 30+PSI on stock internals and daily driver on those settings, for a car who's engine will handle MAYBE 10PSI on stock internals if its not your daily driver. You dont seem like someone who owns a car or has even worked on one before. Take it from me, I'm a performance mechanic, DSM engines > Honda. I've owned and fully built 3 Hondas, I've owned 1 DSM and I'm happier with my DSM than I ever was with any of my Hondas.
DSM's are the best, cheap, great looks and great power, you can't go wrong with a 4g63. The 2g's were the nicest, but the 6bolt motors were the best.. nice video man.
