I am not a fan anymore, I was back in 2000. No1 knew of them then, the new girl singing is not bad, but there is a certain magic with Tarjas voice, (on the good old songs) Its so loud and powerful yet beautiful. Thomas has so much talent its sick, so the band will still own no matter who sings.

Annete is a good singer but when it comes to the old Nightwish songs, they just don't fit her style. I believe if Tarja sang some of the new songs, they wouldn't fit her either. Personaly I think Dark Passion Play is the best Nightwish album. That's just my opinion and I've been a fan for many years.

I think Annette and Tarja are both good... but do you all know why Tarja left nightwish? she left nightwish because she could'nt work with the rest of the band... they wanted her to leave the band because she would'nt listen what the rest has to tell.... Annette makes the rest of the band comfortable including herself and that make's a band:)
