  • Towel needs to be 600 gr.

  • this is water boarding?............. you call this water boarding?

he didn't seem too distressed to me. it was a bunch of pussy talking and shit. I don't think he ever feared for his life. this is bullshit. this is supposed to be a representation of water boarding? doesn't look so bad to me.

  • @ralphie1984 ha you were in a frat in college? Must have been so rough man, probably nothing like my grandfather being a POW in Vietnam for 8 years, you had it rough man, you had it rough

  • Good job for creating awareness! Your efforts are commendable!

  • 5:00 Ron paul bumper sticker

  • I see a ron paul bumper sticker on that Vehicle, RON PAUL 2012

  • Fair video & I certainly agree that waterboarding is torture, but it's supposed to be. It's extremely uncomfortable but extremely necessary. Let's keep in mind what they're trying to prevent by doing this. Remember watching people being burned alive & jumping out of windows from 200 stories at the WTC on 9-11? Remember Daniel Pearl who had his head slowly sawed off his body while fully conscious just for being Jewish? If waterboarding is torture, then what was that? You're too one sided man.

  • if you only listen to the sound, it feels like a porno...."you done yet? you done yet?" "no" and something is swinging in the background...

  • We learned about waterboarding in basics. I've never seen it done like this... The way we were shown, was to take a towel, shirt, ect. and wrap it as a whole, around the entire face, tilt the head back, and pour a constant current of liquid over the nose. (We were not waterboarding during BCT!) But we learned everything from detaining to enterogating basics.(It doesn't make us able to enterogate) Waterboarding is the safest physical tourture. Phycological is safest. (DO NOT ATTEMPT)

  • its not the pain itself but the threat of pain that can be highly effective... and to the guy that posted about all the torture etc.. hes right on point.. being killed would be a better than all the psychological and physical torture .... I was in a fraternity in college and one thing I learned was that the physical stuff wasnt bad compared to the psychological hazing. and what we did was kid stuff compared to interrogation tactics..

  • Mc Cain would say that. come on his agenda is obvious

  • they went really light on him, I've seen videos of buckets being poured over a prisoner not a water bottle lol

  • lmfaooooo @ the safe word being "patriot act"

  • What if you had the wrong person?

  • It's not torture. If your kid was kidnapped and the only way to get info was to waterboard someone, would you do it, or let them die?

  • @Swimswimswim99 if it would stop me being waterboarded i would admit to killing obama while he stands in front of me, the information gained is not reliable

  • Waterboarding or any form of torture doesn't work because in the end, the prisoner would just admit to whatever the torturer wants to hear to stop it.

  • By the way, you asked if you should open your mouth, you should get used to opening your mouth, you will be doing that soon behind bars.

  • Ed Clay has a criminal record. He is a loser. He dreams of making love to himself. You will be back behind bars soon.

  • i don't think torture is wrong. i think it's a powerful tool that can be used for good or evil. just like guns.

  • @1radstallion A gunshot wound is NOTHING compared to being imprisoned, bound, left for weeks with barely any food or water in a BRIGHT cold room with your hair ripped out, finger nails ripped out, with a constant ringing noise pumped into the room; and then bring forcibly dragged under a black constraining hood you can barely breathe out of, to have water poured down your mouth and nostrils, slowly drowning you.

I don't care if it saved a billion people, that's fucking WRONG!

  • @UnknownXV saving innocent lives at the cost of a terrorist or a guilty man is the right thing to do

  • @siperspree99 That's debatable, and I fully disagree, but that's not the only point.

The point is guilt is never proven 100% of the time. Often, innocent people are involved. THAT is unacceptable, no matter what.

  • @UnknownXV ..i don't want to be shot or tortured..anyways..you say a billion people..so hypotheical..if I told you that torturing one person would 100% certain save a billion people you would let a billion people die to for one..your fucked up

  • @ubermisogynist Maybe, but at least I stick to my principles when things get tough. I will not become a monster to save lives, even if it means the entirety of our species is wiped out. If we can't find a way to coexist without torturing each other we don't deserve to live.

  • @UnknownXV if a billion people lives are the line doing nothing is rephresenible. doesn't matter if it works are not you have to try if that many lives are the line. Just "hoping" they will have a change of heart is no different than killing the billion yourself

  • @ubermisogynist It's wrong. It doesn't matter how many peoples lives are on the stake. Yes, I would try to save them, but not by torture. End of story.

  • S.E.R.E...Marine....1 of 3 in the class, the rest were pilots helo crews,1978......That was a worthless waterboarding!.......Legs, arms, and chest strapped down, on a board, legs above head. A guy holding your head down at the forehead with a wet rag.

  • The water starts coming down on your face......Your choaking and gagging but there's nothing in your stomach to throw up but water because you haven't eaten in a couple days. Guy holding your head is watching........He's see your breath out.........WHAM....IN A HEARTBEAT THAT RAG GOES OVER YOUR FACE.....Water keeps coming down...No air in your lungs

  • Ever see a chicken get it's head cut off? They flop around...That what a person getting boarded looks like....Your body's contorting and struggling (That dude wasn't even strapped....Being REALLY boarded, you wouldn't just be laying there) Just when you think your going to pass out he takes the rag off your face....You take a big breath..But all you get is more water down your throat...Your coughing gagging...can't breath..

  • Down comes the rag again!...I'm thinking "He can't kill me"...I try to make like I passed out....I went limp...Which seemed like minutes but was really only like 20 seconds.....He's not taking the rag off!...The 'chicken dance" (Which I call it) starts again. It goes on and on (NO F****N SAFE WORD)until another guy who had been yelling at me kept saying "ARE YOU STILL ARROGENT!"...

  • Out of my mouth came......And I don't know where came "NO"...........and they stopped!....In a split second it's over with.....In the next second........I WAS SO MAD!!!!.....I WOULD HAVE KILLED SOMEONE IF THEY LET ME UP RIGHT THEN!.........I was mainly mad at my self!!!........They make you lay there for a few minutes to calm down.

  • I guess they don't board anymore. For all that hear stories about S.E.R.E..........Getting beat punched and the rest isn't crap without Waterboarding........I saw a couple sailors really nut up in there........One guy getting dragged off to get boarded again.......He went ballistic!...They still did him.......There was no freiken safe word!...They did it until THEY were done.........Is it a form of torture...yes.......

  • But after a friend of mine who was a LRRP in nam told me how they did a snatch with some viet national police who "TORTURED" some guys which ended with a bullet to the head.I decided waterboardings pretty light weight......So what can I say.........Oooh Freiken Rahhh...Do the suckers!.........They cut heads off...We waterboard......What would you chose??...One other thing.....For all the know it all's that say it simulates downing......YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL YOUR TALKING ABOUT!......

  • You see....I did both.....Broke my neck in the ocean........Couldn't move....Floated face down until I passed out...Life guard pulled me out and brought me back....It was easy...Nothing to it!.....Held my breath until I passed out!...Not bad at all!....Drownings a vacation next to a good waterboarding. I thought I was a badass Marine going in to S.E.R.E....

  • You come out on the other side knowing...They will break you.....Fatigue and hunger will play a big part of that.......In debriefing a 7 year POW talked to us.........He said "Gentlemen, they will get what they want out of you"...........Before going........."No way man, not me"....After

    you know...they will.

  • John Wayne's that scoff at this..........I bet you'd end up crying like a little baby on the board!...Bring back waterboarding!....It'll change your life!..LOL S.E.R.E...Marine....1 of 3 in the class, the rest were pilots helo crews,1978......That was a worthless waterboarding!.......Legs, arms, and chest strapped down, on a board, legs above head. • Water boarding gets much worse than that, but I really appreciate that he did this to prove a point. It's definitely more than any of the candidates that claim water boarding isn't torture would do.

  • This is terrible. How can people say this isn't a form of torture?

  • its much worse when u do it right

  • fuck the us government

  • That was some pussy waterboarding.

  • 18 yr combat vet...usmc...2600 field....interpreter interrogator. Use a hose....cover entire face....burlap sack not a folded towel. And head below feet. Hell we did it to each other for fin in the barracks drunk. Haha.

  • @nevildog kinda stupid lool

  • Not even doing it right....pussy.

  • Leagal process for terrorists in gitmo?!! Wake up idiot! Did u forget about 911 already!!! Join the military...goto war...and see what reality really is.

  • @nevildog is this comment a kind of joke

  • @nevildog <--- The not very smart person talked about in the video.

  • i thought the nose is supposed to be closed, and that water is poured directly into the mouth?

  • @raaaaaarr i think you're supposed to be on your back, head lower than feet like in this video, but some sort of cloth (dry to start) is stretched over your face and they pour the water over the cloth and the water running into your nose makes you feel like you're drowning.(like if you've ever been upside down in a pool and water gets in) if you really want to see it more professionally done go to:

    youtube(dot)com/watch?v=4LPubUCJv58

  • Dear good he looks so "tortured", smiling right after giving in. torture? This certainly r was not. Don't want to get waterboarded? Don't be a terrorist or criminal or hang around them. I don't give a crap what their feelings are.

  • Ron paul 2012

  • Thank you for posting this! I had complete misconception of waterboarding prior to experiencing this video. It seems likely that anyone undergoing this procedure has significant probability of accumulating water in their lungs (definitely adverse to health). To actively drown ones victim (even if only partially) appears to me to be a most robust form of torture.

  • Yes! Alot of what the government in Germany did during hitlers reign to take the peoples freedom and give the government power does very closely resemble what is happening here... I wonder if 100 years from now the history books will reflect what is happening in iraq, iran and afganistan in a light similar to the holocaust... Only with America being Nazi germany and the people in the middle east being the jews... Hmmm

  • Consider Ron Paul for 2012. He is against the NDAA 2012 act which in not so clear wording (have to really read it closely) clarifies that US citizens can be indefinitely detained without trial if they fall into what they call a group of "covered" persons, and that is also a very broad description. This NEEDS to be a serious red flag that our liberty and freedom are being threatened, its not a conspiracy anymore, its real. Google it, NDAA 2012 full text, go to section 1032, thats where the sca

  • I fully support waterboarding.

  • Wow what a bitch.

He didn't even last a minute.

  • @breakneck14 Let's see you do it for 30 seconds. Lol!

  • YA DONE YET MOTHAFUCKA?!?!

  • Oh, last thing. It is absolutely torture, it's suppose to be. Bad people don't give up information easily.

  • @TheOperator150 Bad people... you mean, like torturers? Or the leaders of countries that lead an invasion that kills hundreds of thousands of civilians? Or downed American Pilots bombing Koreans in their homeland? Those pilots had actionable intelligence that could of saved Korean lives you know.

  • We can, have, and will do a lot worse things than this!!!

  • If waterboarding is all we are having to do to get information from terrorists then so be it!!

  • @TheOperator150 information gained through torture is infamously unreliable, do your research.

  • @TheOperator150 What terrorists? You American dumbasses went overthere decades ago and tried to strut your stuff, you're the real terrorists.

  • @7477238 You're misusing the word "terrorist".

  • @7477238 Precisely.

  • Bro, I appreciate this video and the fact you are a tough SOB!! BUT.... Dud

  • You are a brave brave man doing that to make a point. No one should say Water Boarding isn't torture unless they've done what you done. Excellent video sir, and I must apologize for our society where this video even has to be made in the first place.

  • If your not afraid of dying, inhale, it will be over real quick.

  • very nice video it actually makes a point

  • As soon as the buckets of water come, they all start struggling and pushing away.

  • What a fucking trooper.

  • The republicans are communists. They want a one party system. They are evil. Fox news an Rush Limpdick are propaganda for the rich.

  • Ron Paul...................5:04

  • 56 people are definitely not liberals

  • Drowning gives the highest fear response from the most amount of people, and also theres no marks on the victim. Quite cruel.

  • looks like we got the information

  • the duct tape around the shoulders does nothing really. that dude is jacked; one flex and its gonna rip lol

  • Hmm, I know of a Chinese health practice for cleansing the nose, where you breath water in through your nose, down your throat, and then you spit it out your mouth. I wonder if extensive practice of this makes you immune to water boarding?

  • homie just had to wear those acu's

  • i think its a mind over matter thing, i wanna give it a go coz reguardless of the sensation, u KNOW ur not goin to drown. some with gettin a tattoo in a "painfull" place, u deal with it coz u want it done

  • Dark Age Spanish Inquisition or Salem Witch Hunts!

OK it's Bohemian Grove, the New World Disorder.

Fascist police state with sweatshops for prisons.

His leadership was praised, his supporters named hero's.

Why don't they practice what they preach?

Please do not free me and bomb my neighbours.

Please do not liberate our family and rape my sisters.

RON PAUL SUPPORTERS WANT TO STOP DICTATORSHIP...

  • Getting water boarded does not give someone the authority to claim that information gleaned from this technique is not accurate or reliable. The CIA is not a bunch of fucking amateurs, at least when it comes to interrogations. Enhanced interrogation techniques like water boarding are used to encourage the subject to comply, and information the subject gives is tested against known info. They don't even ask questions during water boarding.

  • 55 Neo-cons down voted the video.

  • Thank you Sir.

  • DAAAAAAMN that sux

  • herman cain scares the crap out of me

  • I never said it wasn't effective, I said it works and saves lives. It is an interrogation method so I hope that they'd tap out...that's the point. I just put one and one together that this guy is a MMA fighter I guess? That makes his point even weaker if you ask me. The guy can get pounded for fun but he doesn't see this is far less brutal than what other countries do to our troops? There is fear of dentistry called odontophobia and dentophobia; far more common than waterboarding trauma.

  • @MovieCompoundBoat For you I would make sure the water i used was at around 40 degrees.

  • @Jessikaflame Thanks? lol

  • @MovieCompoundBoat your co operation is appreciated

  • @MovieCompoundBoat comparing phobias with waterboarding trauma is just silly and shows how intellectually dishonest you are ! if you want your troops to cease being the object of "brutality" then tell them to fuck off, go back home and more importantly mind your own business !!! you seem to need that lately ...

  • I would just like to point out: after being (incorrectly waterboarded) this healthy guy sits up under his own strength, is conscious, speaks without any problem, is mentally aware, has no open wounds or bleeding, will not have any long lasting scarring, no broken bones, no bruises, and will not have any long term mental disability. In essence, he is perfectly fine. He would be under more pain having pulled his nose hairs. Waterboarding saves our troops lives. This all politics for this guy.

  • @MovieCompoundBoat I would just like to point out this this is one guy. Waterboarding has caused death as a result of oxygen deprivation, lung damage, and brain damage in many cases. Whether you support waterboarding or not (and I'm not sure if I do or don't), you can't base the safety of waterboarding on the experiment of one subject.. And I'd like to see your physical evidence that "waterboarding saves our troops" That's a very general statement.

  • @Aierophant Riding a bicycle or getting a root canal can also cause death. Just like anything in life done improperly, it can result in serious injury or death. The terrorists that were interrogated like Abu Zubaida led to capture of other terrorists like Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and so on that were planning on committing more assaults on soldiers and citizens around the globe. Just like all military exercises, unpleasant choices must be made. Would you rather have us drop a bomb on their country?

  • @MovieCompoundBoat I've never heard of anyone having to live with psychological trauma for years after getting a root canal. Of course I wouldn't want anyone to "drop a bomb on their country." No one is advocating that if the military abandons waterboarding and implements more humane interrogation methods that suddenly the United States would have to drop a bomb on a country. That's ridiculus. All I'm saying is, acting like waterboarding is no big deal for the person being tortured is ignorant.

  • @MovieCompoundBoat yeah but you also need to keep in mind that he couldn't take it for more than a minute and admits he wanted to tap out 5 seconds in. that being so, makes it as physically uncomfortable as any other submission move, like an arm bar. people get up and walk around after those too, do you now think that submission moves are less painful than having nose hair pulled? water boarding IS basically torture, otherwise people wouldn't snitch.

  • "I was at the Holocaust museum... I saw a lot of similarities from what Nazi Germany was doing and what we're doing in America now." I'm sorry, I just can't buy this.

  • @Fritters54 Watch the movie America Freedom to Fascism

  • @Fritters54 You have got a lot to learn my friend, he made this to get people to think and look into things for themselves. There is a reason why our liberties and freedoms and the constitution are being taken away from us more and more everyday since 9/11. The same people/elites that were in power and funded Hitler and own the federal reserve and private banks which are not apart of the US Gov are still in power. THE proof is out there, when in the hell are you people going to wake up?

  • wouldn't you have to be both tortured and waterboarded in order to have an opinion as to whether waterboarding is torture?

  • notice the Ron Paul sticker on the car in the background.

  • what a champ, i'd start freaking out at the suggestion of taking part in this experiment. i can't imagine what this is like...or maybe i just don't want to.

    ron paul 2012

  • Ed Clay does not have a clue of the meaning of of the price of FREEDOM, AND TO HEAR HIM SAY "IT IS NERVE RAKING" JUST LAY THERE before before anything is even happeing to him show he had already made up his mind as to what was right or wrong before anything was even happening. Most of the younger generation does not have a CLUE as to the price of FREEDOM AND AMERICAS PRIVILIGED WAY OF LIFE.

  • @jegrenough So you'd rather America be the bad guys to protect.... the bankers?

They certainly aren't protecting our freedoms. We are rapidly losing what freedoms we did still have left.

  • @jegrenough It's nerve racking laying there knowing what's about to happen.Try it. Kinda reminded me of the nerves before a fight. It's a bit scary. I train a lot of military and have done so for free for years. From Navy Seals to Rangers, to Recon. I had one student lose over 100 men in one tour. My dad was drafted during Vietnam and my mom served then too.The sad thing is when you speak out people act like you're somehow against freedom. These acts actually hurt our freedom.

  • the price of freedom is not free you you no nothing pussys

  • @jegrenough No but capitalization, punctuation, and spelling are free.

  • @5:00 Ron Paul

  • Statism is slavery, statism is terrorism

  • waterboarding should be back and USe agasint people that try to kill us or hurts us like terrioist.

  • If you add in the element of not knowing when the water boarding will end then you can see how much torture this truly can be. In this video the victim knew that the torture was being done by friendlies. Can you imagine the feeling if it was being done to you by unfriendlies?

  • @gasch002 Which has nothing to do with its legality or its effectiveness.

  • @tinylittlegnat2 actually, it has everything to do with legality and effectiveness. Pouring water on someones face that simulates drowning but is considerably safe to get crucial information out of a terrorist to save American lives, compared to whats happening to our troops, e.g. getting toes and fingers pulled off or electrocuted, just shows that it should be used in our interrogations. This argument is completely ridiculous and by your name I can tell you are a troll douche bag.

  • @gasch002 Your post doesnt address the legality so = Fail. You also didnt address the effectivenessso = double fail.

Using my SN as a basis of aruing against my comment = retarded fail.

If waterboarding worked why would they have to do it to KSM over 100 times? If it worked wouldnt the first time have been enough?

  • this guy is so full of shit and the biggest pussy i have ever seen

  • @jegrenough fuck u, pussy....

  • @jegrenough suck it

  • The entire POINT of this video was him saying "Patriot Act"............that would be my point anyway...

  • Bias. He's already predisposed to disagree with this technique, and therefor his reaction cannot be trusted. I love how they keep repeating Patriot Act though...pretty awesome there.

  • @iEatBoneDust I take that bias thing back.

  • I admitted shit, just watching this!

  • took it like a boss, gj sir

  • Props and respect to Clay. Not that anyone who's remotely intelligent needed the evidence but 99.999% of the scumbag politicians are cowards, hypocrites, and parasites.

  • This is nothing compared to real waterboarding -- he KNOWS he's not in any real danger.

  • @goodkarme No thanks I would rather vote someone senile and electable

  • Get informed about Ron Paul and don't listen to the Media Hype saying he's a crazy bat. He offers the most substance and real solutions of anyone and doesn't represent the Status Quo like the other candidates...

    - From Canada

  • That is a Ron Paul bumper sticker on that suv.

  • Waterboarding can cause extreme pain, dry drowning, damage to lungs, brain damage from oxygen deprivation, other physical injuries including broken bones due to struggling against restraints, lasting psychological damage and death.[1] Adverse physical consequences can manifest themselves months after the event, while psychological effects can last for years. the United States government hanged Japanese soldiers for waterboarding US prisoners of war in World War II.

  • I WANNA MAKE A POINT, TORTURE IS ANYTHING THAT CAUSES PHYSICAL PAIN OR FEARFUL, MENTAL PAIN. IN OTHER WORDS TORTURE IS TERROR, SO ANYONE THAT SUPPORTS TORTURE SUPPORTS TERROR. (E.I. CAIN BACHMANN, OBAMA , BUSH AND OTHERS) THINK ABOUT IT.

  • @solman151 If that was true then reading your opinion in all caps it torure. And by your logic that is terror.

    You terrorist.

  • @tinylittlegnat2 WOW WAY TO SHT SERIOUSLT MAN, IS IT TINYLITTLEGNAT OR TINYLITTLEKNITPICKER?

  • @solman151 Sorry I dont speak to terrorists.

  • Comment removed

  • @defkon99 No. But he does support alot of other stupid shit.

  • wohoo MMA...go Shogun!

  • 3 most terrifying deaths:

    1) being drowned

    2) being burned alive

    3) being eaten alive

    ALL terrorism, and ALL torture.

  • @bane349 Waterboarding doesn't kill idiot.

  • @smockdoiley

    Idiot? Fuck you, moron.

It's simulated drowning, and could easily kill.

You should prove me wrong though. Go lay down in the shower with a soaked towel over your face and take a few deep breaths. You'll be doing the world a favor.

  • I dont agree with them saying waterboarding isnt tortue. it is. however those terrorists arent american citizens, so they dont have the same rights. Plus if you think, oh we shouldnt do this, do u hav any idea wtf they do to OUR POWs? haha trust me, it makes this look like playing in the sprinklers...

  • @jswizzle02 Them not being citizens does not matter. The international laws of war signed by the US commonly known as the Geneva convention outlines it very plainly. Torture is illegal. Plain and simple. Also it does not work. If it did we wouldnt have had to waterboard KSM over 100 times. If it worked just one time would have been enough.

  • @tinylittlegnat2 Actually it does matter. In Ed's analogy he was comparing the United States with Nazi Germany. Go ahead and make that analogy to someone who survived the Holocaust and see what the reaction is. If you know anything about forced/advanced interrogation techniques you would know that you are trained to volunteer small amounts of non-important information regularly. The Geneva Conventions apply to soldiers, i.e. organized military or militia. Neither of these hold true here.

  • @spammenotplease1 The geneva convention still applies. The Geneva convention applies to anyone we declare war against. We declaired war against Afganistand and Iraq. Their fighters are the military/militia of their country. They consider themselves the militia just as Washingtons army considered themselves the militia.

And because they were trained to withstand torture does not make it suddenly acceptable to administer torture.

  • @tinylittlegnat2 You know u are absolutely right. Im one to admit when im wrong. That being said i hate how the US is part of the treaty. seeing as how terrorists torture our soldiers in ways we cant even imagine, while we have to respect these animals? its fucked up.

  • @jswizzle02 I dont hate that we are part of that treaty(in spite of how often we have broken it) It shows how much higher our standards are compared to theirs. They are living in caves and mud huts I dont expect them to have the same morals that we have.

We are better than to resort to torture which doesnt work for information anyway. If you make me lay on hot coals I will admit to shooting JFK to get it to stop that doesnt mean I did it only that I was willing to say anything to make it end

  • on a brighter note...they could have cut your ears and nose off.

  • what a joke this was nothing like the vieos we have seen for waterboarding.

this is more like something on Tosh.0

  • I don’
