The development direction of their martial art is the main reason for Aku8ma and Gouken's conflict as far as I know. I can't way to see Akuma and Gouken's prolog and epilog in SSFIV. Shun Goku Satsu means "Instant Hell Murder". The Raging Demon is just another name for Akuma's Technique.

But Raging Angel in Japanese would be "tenshi wa gekiimasu".
