  • Raffaele Sollecito is innocent! the prosecutors have their heads up their asses! Free these kids from this travesty, if the Mob was guilty of this it would have never made the news let alone ever make it to the Italian courts! They don't have the Balls to go after them!

  • such a shame this became a political and mediatic trial

obviously now the girl is happy and free, thanks to her new friend Hillary.

... and the black guy may have admitted, I do not even remember, anyway... it's trip to the jail was soooooooo quick!

Enjoy your life Amanda... Anyway you are guilty, no matter the political reasons that set you free

  • true enough- the dna got bungled but there was a ton of other evidence against Knox.

  • If you think she is guilty, then you haven't looked at the facts. Its as simple at that.

  • @Roseywellian i would like to ask u about facts. How could Amanda Knox have taken a shower knowing and seeing there was blood scattered all over the bathroom floor? How could have she felt safe when there was a broken window in the house? And why didn't she alert the police, but within HOURS met with Raffaele

And why did she need to use himas an alibi for the previous night? He finally admitted she left his flat and went back after 1am, and results her phone connected out of RS house area

    mm

  • @Roseywellian and also

why did she bring a mop from RS house the day after the murder

    mm

    Aren't facts bit of a strange¿

  • @lotorobly A mop? So according to you she used a mop to do what? Clean up hers and RS DNA leaving only the DNA of Rudy Guede? Now if only that were possible. Facts are an interesting thing.

  • @Roseywellian well she did what she could. I never said she's not a clean person

On phone to 3rd flatmate : 'It's very odd. I've just come back to the house and the door is open. I had a shower but there's blood everywhere. I'm going to get Raff. Meredith is nowhere to be seen. Oh God, maybe something's happened to her, something tragic.'

U take a shower, why not?, there's blood and a broken window. U previously brought in a mop, to clean up a bit, maybe something tragic has happened

  • @Roseywellian and it took HOURS before alerting police, but she made Sollecito call

And those hours are a field of vast speculations, since they both turned on their telephone very early that morning. What could have happened until police finally came at midday?

    Mm, it's strange

  • @lotorobly She didnt see Merediths body and then wait hours to call the police. Mereidths room door was locked..she didnt even know Meredith was in there. She went home to shower and found the front door ajar which she attributed to the unreliable latch. She did not speak Italian well at that time so Raffaelle who is of course fluent, called the police. So no, not really strange at all.

  • @Roseywellian ok, an example. U have a flat mate. Dyes. Someone cut her throat

    What do u do:

    a. I attend the funeral

    b. i go shopping

But do u know tha Sollecito in his final testimonial said explicitely AK left his flat at about 8.30 and got back at about 1.00 then night of the murder? Wabt to read his own spontaneous declarations=?

She used him as an alibi, and why did she need an alibi?_

  • @lotorobly Another great example of the spin-that she was was buying lingerie. Amanda was not in a store buying lingerie. The store was the equivalent of Target in Italy. She was shopping for underwear. Just plain panties. Why? Because the police would not let her take any of her clothes from her room. They had declared the apartment a crime scene. So she had no change of underwear. RS didnt say she left his flat-he said its possible she could have left when he was sleeping. She never left.

  • @lotorobly By the time of the funeral it was known that she was considered a suspect by the police so of course she didnt go. Anyway, your comments show exactly the problem with the trial. People find her guilty based on their "interpretation" of her "behavior". This is ridiculous. This is why science is so important. Magnini did a brilliant job of spinning the media with his half-thruths and innuendos. Too many people rant about things as if they are fact, when in fact, they are not.

  • @Roseywellian Raffaele Sollecito in his latest reconstruction

"In my former statement I told you a load of rubbish because I believed Amanda’s version of what happened and did not think about the inconsistencies. We returned to our flat at approximately 8:30pm, and Amanda left my apartment, while I stayed there, and she returned at around 1:00am. I believed that she went to see if she had to work." She knew didn't have to

Raffaele Sollecito told this under no pression

  • @lotorobly Under no pressure? "During the second and the last time I was in the police station they asked me the same questions as the first time. It made me surprised and caused me confusion to which day we were talking about and my movements. They said awful things about Amanda and that they had hard suspects on her, thus in their opinion I was covering for her. In this way after many hours of questioning me I said that maybe Amanda was at work because she was there every Tuesday and...

  • @lotorobly ...Thursday, but i also said i wasnt sure on it. In the end me amanda and later Patrick were in the police station alone for about 20 hours without sleep and we cannot talk with family or lawyers or anyone."

So yes, the interrogators did their job. you make it sounds like they gave him coffee and a pen and paper and said: "Here, tell us what you know". Keep in mind the 2 judges and 6 jurors were aware of his many conflicting statements and they could see why this had happened.

  • @lotorobly Anyway I'm going to end this back and forth because its pointless. You will always believe what you want without really looking at everything only seeing what you want to see, despite the lack of science, much like the prosecution. I can understand it to a point. No one wants to believe they were ever duped. Thankfully it doesn't matter what you think. Peace.

  • @Roseywellian back and forth is not pointless, many things work like that, so ok, i tell u what i believe

I believe they misbehaved. They failed to provide reliable explanations for what they have been asked about, they contraddicted themselves and seemingly enogh Knox lied about circumstances in which she appeared to be involved. She showed at any point no real concern for the death of Meredith, she behaved very oddly, with indifference and disregard. That is some kind of moral implication >

  • @Roseywellian question: would't u disapprove anyway in general term Knox behaviour in all this?

Wouldn't have u regretted in her place not to have alerted the police in the very moment she could without waiting hours? Or felt sorry for having left Meredith totally alone? Would u have played around and gone shopping and written u could murder a pizza or compose a song about? Wouldn't u have felt sad and unhappy with urself for aññ that? There's some fault in this, and u wonder how much

  • @lotorobly

Let's face it, Amanda disliked Meredith. That's why she wasn't in the least bothered when Meredith died. That makes her at worst a callous person, but not a killer.

  • @POlNTMAN u see,I started supposing she was totally out of it, but there's plenty of evidence,in the circumstance, behaviours, declarations and facts, she is involved to some degree yet to be determined. They went wrong for 2 reasons: first, believing AK&RS had to be BOTH in it or BOTH out of involvment. Second, beliving she did physically the murder or was innocent. This not the truth.

U must admit, that not only callous, she showed to have some serious mental issue, and that trace her into it

  • @POlNTMAN the list of facts, circumstances and testimonials about her psycotic like personalityis simply endless andeach time surprising. It would take a dozen posts to resume them all.

I think that in the correct perspective the right path to truth starts supposing she can suffer a personality desorder, deeper thanwhat u would simply assume externally. And then drawing a realistic scenario.

I came to the very plausible assumption she went back at the house that night, and let it happen

  • @lotorobly

Let it happen? Both of the guys are bigger than her. Amanda's DNA was not even found!

  • @POlNTMAN what exactly happen is something that could be reconstructed only by her own confession.

Let it happen can mean she witnesses something or herad something, or even had a dispute with Meredith that night -very likely since her bar boss send her off likely wishing to replace her with Meredith.

There'ssomething interesting, they recorded in police station with spy mic RS&AK. They recorded the statement AK: " I was there.." She clearly needed RS for alibi,to hide something. What exactly?

  • @POlNTMAN as everybody should know, anyway, truth has its own unstoppable ways of emerging. If AK is mentally ill and actually did take some part in the murder cold blooded or just let it happen and did not report it -which is not less criminally relevant- we ll know quite soon. It always happen, the truth get back over the "innocent" if she is not, by autonomous dynamic. She could not help but revelating illness, or guiltyness. U can't getaway from urself and from the consequencis of ur actions

  • @POlNTMAN - I guess that is why their cell phone text messages all had "hugs and kisses" ending them? They hated each other so much? That must be it. Glad you cleared that up! And the pair would not have gone to a chocolate festival together or to a music concert either because they hated each other. And the biggest one, Meredith would NEVER ink a tattoo on Amanda the day of her death because Amanda was so repulsive to her. Yep. Enemies alright.

  • @Roseywellian there's no way to deny it: there's a grey area over Amanda Knox and her role

She made up a false alibi and used Sollecito as a shield -just please go check urself what im talking about

She consistently LIED and that's the wicked part of the story, she used him and involved him, very clever

because HE is innocent, and this forced 1) the court to think about them moving and acting toghether

    2) Sollecito to support her "innocence" and bargain his for "theirs", of the two

    That's witchy

  • @lotorobly yes shes a very clever witch... She knew him for 6 days before Meredith was killed...guess those witches work fast. You have been spun so easily. Thankfully it doesnt matter anymore.

  • @Roseywellian come on, that is the point, a boy would do anything for his flirt on the first two weeks, and he just found himself put into it. U know how sex works

Im not saying I know what Amanda did

im saying she covered up something and behaved too oddily

There's still the final legal round to run, I think it's likely they move backward a bit and acknowledge the proofs that tie her in the murder

  • Meredith Kercher's body is reported to have shown "no defence wounds." This term usually means wounds to the hands or wrists or shins and feet, which often appear on victims of sexual assault and a sequential violent murder, particularly when there is a knife used, because they struggled and resisted.... KEEP in MIND that Meredith practiced MARTIAL ARTS, was fit, strong and HEALTHY. NO defense wounds---add 2 +2

  • @kimatoz3

She may have been intimidated by a big nigga with a knife - haven't you thought about that?

  • @POlNTMAN Did YOU have a HIDDEN camera into the KILLING room to see this- or are you ASSUMING???

  • @POlNTMAN If so why then did she finger an innocent man?

  • Many of the people who were adament about Amanda and Raffaele's guilt in the past four years have cancelled their accounts out of shame.

These new people are different though. I don't think they are capable of feeling shame.

Some seem really to be evil.

    It is fascinating.

  • @cedric1546 would u write down on ur diary after the MURDER of ur flat mate the sentence:"im so hungry I could murder a pizza"?. And: would u attend her funeral? Or: would u accuse an innocent blackman? Then: would u take a shower with blood scattered in the bathroom?

What does sound evil to u exactly?

  • raffaele spoke about how he had a fascination with serial killers on his myspace and posted pictures holding up meat cleavers.... and he says he wouldn't hurt a fly? BAHAHA what a load of bullshit

  • @bennysupertramp2 Yeah, and he had a fascination with knives and he kept that quirky smug smile on his face throughout the trial. Duh.

  • I would Never hurt a Fly.... As Long As I'm Not drugged out of my mind!

  • murderer hang to cunts........meredith is gone forever

  • Amanda Knoxx is guilty and she is psycho!!!! Italy has a wonderful justice system...... God bless Italy !!!!

  • @Nikirdh24 As you must know by now she is free, innocent..

  • Of course its the black guy. His name is Rudy Guede. They are a savage animal race. What a surprise! A black committing murder of a white? When are you politically correct morons going to wake up to reality. Its the black guy. DUH?!

  • its crazy i find him cute.... but if they did anything to her may they both rot in jail but if they didnt i hope they get out im half and half

  • "delusional" learn a new word. xDDDDDDDDDDDDD

  • anybody else think amanda knox's father looks like gary ridgway?

  • @Hope111ification spot on there, old bean, its rather scary!

  • Knox's parents are clearly delusional, and Amanda is a dangerous sociopath

  • it is a witch hunt. but I sense that they did something. THEY DID NOT SLICE HER though.

NO WAY! THAT WAS a professional job.

  • I have a feeling that if the US Senate had gone to Perugia and conducted the trial themselves there would almost certainly have been a miscarriage of justice.

  • "Everything I have said in regards to my involvement in Merediths death, even though it is contrasting, are the best truth that I have been able to think." (Amanda Knox, 6 November 2007).

  • @mrharryrag NOT GUILTY

  • free koxy knoxy

  • @evade531 Would you be so kind and take her to live at your house?

  • @evade531 Not to brag- but I always aced out in writing, my dear and, still do. I think what you REALLY mean, is that my comments are "strange" to you, because you would like them to be dismissed because they DO have merit and they have the same launching pad to the world, as yours. Sorry, lady, you can't push me off......

knoxy is guilty. I will send you some rags to polish her "golden" ass, though.

  • @evade531 ....Maybe the "doubt" about knox's guilt lives in YOUR mind....... yours-

edda and kurt's and her handful of die hard P.R. fans....

  • @evade531 whatever

  • @evade531 wow, you are classy!

Hit me with your best shot! Fire away.

  • free amanda knox

  • @evade531 ...foxy noxy is in the cement boxy.

  • @kimatoz3 u have no comment that proves ur point ?ur comments are unamusing

  • @evade531 I think my comment is pretty clear!

  • For anyone who is interested in the facts behind the media spin, and who cares to learn more about the victim of this terrible murder - Meredith Kercher - there is an excellent discussion board

    Perugia Murder File

as well as an interesting blog

    True Justice For Meredith Kercher

These online resources are not for profit. Anyone can read and/or participate and people from around the world do. They have followed this case since November 2007.

  • You all need to research this properly! The prosecution deliberately leaked a lot of misinformation to the press. Only if you followed the case as closely as I have would you catch later reports that discredited them. The famous story about the clean up, purchase of supplies, mop, etc., is a complete fabrication. It was never presented in court because of no evidence, but the damage was already done by getting it in the press. Most of the supposed facts people cite are likewise - false leaks.

  • Why does the sound keep gong out on this clip?

  • He was the son of a doctor and had access to medical drugs as well as other drugs. It is my belief that he was the organizer of what happened and Amanda drug crazed followed it through against kercher who couldnt get out. The drifter was an easy scapegoat

  • Take a look at True Justice for Meredith Kercher. It lists substantial evidence against Knox and Sollecito.

Their smug little smiles are what shock me.... and those that wish to flock around them and dust them off. Yikes!

  • @yoyohooyo Police investigator Letterio Latella testified that Knox and Sollecito's cell phones were inactive most of the night, and activity on the cell phones stopped almost simultaneously. WHY???

Sollecito's phone was inactive from 8:42 p.m. until 6:52 a.m. the next day, while Knox's phone was quiet from 8:35 p.m. on Nov. 1 and didn't show any activity until 12:07 p.m. the next day, when she tried to call Kercher.

  • Bwahahaha! I must admit, that was kinda funny!! LOL :D

  • @yoyohooyo Maybe so, but the thing is that must mean both of their phone signals faded at the same time?? Highly unlikely coincidence.

Granted, they lack further DNA to counter test as AK & RS conspired to clean everything they could in site. What little DNA was left had to be totally utilised in order to give a fair implication of evidence that mathched Amanda's own DNA.

Oh well, it's late here in UK so I bid you & son a Gnight. :)

  • @only4u1000 how do you know it was not the confessed killer who 'conspired to clean everything' ?

  • @yoyohooyo Also Sollecito said that he was on the computer all evening, but computer experts testified that although his computer was on all night, he had not used it from 9:10 p.m. until 5:32 a.m. the next day. Why did he lie???

Such damning evidence cannot be explained away by US media speculation and spin! The talian judiciary are way too intelligent to be manipulated.

  • I have smoked both and NEITHER makes you lose your memory. I am not talking once or twice either. She isn't truthful...Unless it was laced with something.

  • @yoyohooyo Yoyo!! You at again??! Please note their was no semen DNA of Guede's inside Meredith!! Only DNA to prove he fondled her! Thats a BIG discrepacy to "rape" dont you think??

Please, where are you getting these 'facts' from??? Have you read the Justice for Meredith website yet?? All of the TRUE findings and FACTS are there,- and in a totally UNBIASED format too!

Try not to listen to Fox, CBS & CNN so much, as they are heavily biased propaganda macines! Read more on the research ok!

  • The link is to an email wrote by Amanda November 4 2007, 2 days before her arrest. Amanda is discussing what the police ask her:

Police ask"was Meredith sexually active? yeah, she borrowed a few of my condoms.

Police ask does she like anal? i don't know.

Police ask does she use Vaseline?

From the questions the police ask it appears they found indications Meredith's corpse was sodomized. Why did the police conceal much of the information known about the crime scene??????????

    .

  • Okay, so by your own admission the police had concealed much of their findings. In light of this therefore, how can we make unfounded conclusions about sodomy etc????

This isn't a vendetta out to frame AK! She's sweet looking yes, but we cannot allow the superficial to suade us away from the facts!

The Italian police have those facts, thats why H.Clinton recently said re the AK case, "we shall not intervene in another nation's judicial system without just cause"! Look it up on youtube.

  • Why there are no videos from Raffaeles family only Amanda & Amanda and just a few from Meredith? Maybe Raffaeles family knows 100% he commit that crime or they dont care about their son? Raffaele said in an interview that hes fascinated with serial killers and Amanda loves multiple sex partners. Was this an orgy to have together multiple sex the 4 of them and something went wrong and they (who?) kill Meredith? Meredith I knew shes in the best place of the sky. Rest in peace!!!!

  • I would call it contradiction at its best:

"Sollecito wouldn't hurt a fly"... but according to his own words and his own father's testimony, he was obsessed with knives and "always carried one since the age of 13"...

  • thta lil piece of DNA was on the bra of the poor victim and on the knife which had also the DNA of the victim and of Ms Knox. Sometines lil things count big....

Oh yeah, that knife was found in his appartment. His explanation: the victim must have cut herself once she was at his apartment to cook and eat together. However, no one else rememers Ms Kercher ever to have been thre. Sometines it is bog lies that count.....

AND THAT IS WHY "HER BF" IS IN ALL OF THIS. ...

  • EXACTLY!! In Amanda's case, it wasn't ONE piece of evidence that convinced me she was guilty. It was all those little "coincidences" (with an S) A police conspiracy?Impossible..simply because too many people would have to be involved and someone would speak and admit to a conspiracy. In short, a person cant be that unlucky as to be the victim of all those coincidences. And, her demeanor during her trial was very much a concern. She gave the impression that she didn't have any concerns Strange.

  • the day she wear that was Valentinesday

  • She's guilty as hell, a pure sociopath as is her idiot boyfriend they both need to stay in jail for the full sentences.

  • But I do not go around murdering people...stop thinking with your dick and start thinking with your brain, that is, if you have one.

  • And you know Knox did not murder Kercher, how? The jury heard all the evidence and found her guilty. Period.

  • so which means the italian court was incompetent? i doubt she is as innocent as she looks.

  • there was evidence, and anyway almost half of the killings that happen, especially violent killings there are no motives. what about the fact she took dagga and was probably high, and the status of her and the victim may in the best of terms. i heard she hated the victim.

  • What is dagga. Sorry I never heard of it.

  • dagga is a shrub of grass when it is dried it is used for smoking. it ialso a drug.

  • Is this pot? Or something different. I smoked pot in younger days. It is not that big of a deal. The high is a mild chill out kinda thing. You can still remember on it. She said she couldn't remember? That is bull. The phone thing did it for me. She called M and said it rang and rang. Police have the records and it was only 3 seconds. Like she knew M wasn't gonna answer. Phones don't lie, she did...peace

  • Hashes is a bit different. It is concentrated THC.

  • I "hate" or cant stand alot of people, but I damn sure arent going to kill them, doesnt mean anything

  • Do you have a crash on her and hope you can have sex with her some day? That is of course if she gets out of jail before her 26 years term is over.

  • No. I just don't like to see people unjustly convicted of crimes they did not commit. The boyfriend should be released too. Maybe you would be interested in him.

  • And what is your opinion based on? FACTS?

  • I don't claim to know so much about the evidence against Amanda, but LIFE so taught me one thing: When there are too many coincidences, something is wrong. Don't you find it strange that on the very night Meridith was killed, Amanda wasn't home? Don't you find it strange that the house was bleached around the same time she was killed? Don't you find it strange that she initially blamed her boss for the murder and retracted 2 weeks later?

  • Don't you find it strange that her DNA and Meridith's blood was found on the knife? Don't you find it strange that the window of the house was broken from the INSIDE and not the OUTSIDE? That definitely wipes out the possibility of a break-in. I still don't understand why her body was covered. A maniac would have killed her and left but a person who was planning on staying in the premises would cover her body. Just common sense to me.

  • Now lets talk about her behavior during the trial. Why was she wearing a huge "All you need is love" t-shirt at her trial? Don't you find that a little bit strange? How about the cartwheels at the police station? In short, there are too many coincidences that YELLS that Amanda has serious issues. I don't know how she became so messed up like that. I guess her family would know. Her Mom is trying to paint her as a nice little girl. I just don't believe it.

  • AMEN

  • There was no scientific evidence presented in court to indicate bleach was used to clean anything. All the bleach stuff was not true. Bleach leaves a residue that can be easily detected. The residue was not found on anything. Also bleach will not make metal "shine". Bleach is corrosive and would dull the finish on metal. Bleach on stainless steel does not change the appearance at all. none. zero.

  • Just because she is american does not mean she is innocent you fucktards!

Just because you miserable idiots want to bang her does not mean she is innocent..

Her DNA was found everywhere in the room even on the knife that was used for the murder. Just because she is a hypocrate and excellent pretender who knows how to act so well does not mean she is innocent. She was the first to accuse someone else who had nothing to do with the murder and pretended to remember nothing.

  • she should be brought to america and given the death penalty or life imprisonment...her silly parents who brought her up badly in the first place should shut up because the amount of jail time given in italy for murder is small compared to the US for murder..The morons should be thankful they arennt back home and be grateful

  • No, Robert; Adults are responsible for their own deeds. Parent are not silly to try and protect their children. I feel sorry for them.... but if the evidence is there, there must be justice for the parents of teh vitim since they will never see her again....

Let's all try to reason in a considerate way and drop the hate talk, please

  • yep - hopefully she will receive in-depth therapy from her inmates too.

  • That MAY have been. But, an accessory to murder is just as guilty as the one who actually did it. Example: You and your buddy decide to rob a bank. Your buddy goes inside the bank, you are outside waiting, you are the driver of the get away car. Your buddy hurts someone in the process. You would be just as guilty.

  • Fire and forget.

    26 Years!

  • I can't believe how Newsweek has taken up for this sociopath cunt. I say good riddance; we have too many like here here in the US.

  • @eswyatt some true words

  • Sounds like shotty investigating on Italy's part. Don;t they have CSI Italian there?? I say send the evidence here to the US to get it thoroughly tested by a research center that has nothing to do with either side. Both should take polygraph tests too w/an impartial party. I do feel that they were pressured there by the italian police dept./procecutors.
