You all need to research this properly! The prosecution deliberately leaked a lot of misinformation to the press. Only if you followed the case as closely as I have would you catch later reports that discredited them. The famous story about the clean up, purchase of supplies, mop, etc., is a complete fabrication. It was never presented in court because of no evidence, but the damage was already done by getting it in the press. Most of the supposed facts people cite are likewise - false leaks.
He was the son of a doctor and had access to medical drugs as well as other drugs. It is my belief that he was the organizer of what happened and Amanda drug crazed followed it through against kercher who couldnt get out. The drifter was an easy scapegoat

If my cell phone is off I get a voice message immediately saying the phone is out of service. The police had Meredith's phones when Amanda called so the phones must have been off. Maybe there was a recording, maybe not???? Who knows??? We don't.

Some media reports say the phones were off. Some reports say the phones were inactive. The activity the following morning was not phone calls. May have been a time update or something. Who knows??? Also signals fade in and out. My son only gets about half of his calls. Mine misses a few but not many.

Granted, they lack further DNA to counter test as AK & RS conspired to clean everything they could in site. What little DNA was left had to be totally utilised in order to give a fair implication of evidence that mathched Amanda's own DNA.

There is no evidence to support Amanda or Raffaele cleaned anything. The police explained the lack of evidence by saying they cleaned away their evidence leaving only Guede's DNA :)) but they didn't prove they cleaned anything at all. THEY ONLY SAID THEY DID. good night, sleep tight

She was murdered at 09:30 PM. That was when her call to her mother was interrupted. At 10:13 Guede attempted to call her bank but he dialed the wrong area code. That was the only call placed to her bank that night and the last call placed by her phones.

The cell phone calls to Meredith cell phone being short. I don't know if the company keeps a record of how long the phone rings. Why would they? My phone bill only shows a record of how long the conversation was. If Meredith's cell phones were off a recording would come on. I called my cell phone and it rang in my ear two times before the cell phone actually rang.

They don't reference their source anyway. If anything they say "Police said" but not who. Some rumors were spread by the media without a source. I don't claim to know so much about the evidence against Amanda, but LIFE so taught me one thing: When there are too many coincidences, something is wrong. Don't you find it strange that on the very night Meridith was killed, Amanda wasn't home? Don't you find it strange that the house was bleached around the same time she was killed? Don't you find it strange that she initially blamed her boss for the murder and retracted 2 weeks later?
Don't you find it strange that her DNA and Meridith's blood was found on the knife? Don't you find it strange that the window of the house was broken from the INSIDE and not the OUTSIDE? That definitely wipes out the possibility of a break-in. I still don't understand why her body was covered. A maniac would have killed her and left but a person who was planning on staying in the premises would cover her body. Just common sense to me.
Now lets talk about her behavior during the trial. Why was she wearing a huge "All you need is love" t-shirt at her trial? Don't you find that a little bit strange? How about the cartwheels at the police station? In short, there are too many coincidences that YELLS that Amanda has serious issues. I don't know how she became so messed up like that. I guess her family would know. Her Mom is trying to paint her as a nice little girl. I just don't believe it.
There was no scientific evidence presented in court to indicate bleach was used to clean anything. All the bleach stuff was not true. Bleach leaves a residue that can be easily detected. The residue was not found on anything. Also bleach will not make metal "shine". Bleach is corrosive and would dull the finish on metal. Bleach on stainless steel does not change the appearance at all. none. zero.

She went home to shower and found the front door ajar which she attributed to the unreliable latch. She did not speak Italian well at that time so Raffaelle who is of course fluent, called the police. So no, not really strange at all.

She was shopping for underwear. Just plain panties. Why? Because the police would not let her take any of her clothes from her room. They had declared the apartment a crime scene. So she had no change of underwear. RS didnt say she left his flat-he said its possible she could have left when he was sleeping. She never left.

You all need to research this properly! The prosecution deliberately leaked a lot of misinformation to the press. Only if you followed the case as closely as I have would you catch later reports that discredited them. The famous story about the clean up, purchase of supplies, mop, etc., is a complete fabrication. It was never presented in court because of no evidence, but the damage was already done by getting it in the press. Most of the supposed facts people cite are likewise - false leaks.

He was the son of a doctor and had access to medical drugs as well as other drugs. It is my belief that he was the organizer of what happened and Amanda drug crazed followed it through against kercher who couldnt get out. The drifter was an easy scapegoat

If my cell phone is off I get a voice message immediately saying the phone is out of service. The police had Meredith's phones when Amanda called so the phones must have been off. Maybe there was a recording, maybe not???? Who knows??? We don't.

Some media reports say the phones were off. Some reports say the phones were inactive. The activity the following morning was not phone calls. May have been a time update or something. Who knows??? Also signals fade in and out. My son only gets about half of his calls. Mine misses a few but not many.

Granted, they lack further DNA to counter test as AK & RS conspired to clean everything they could in site. What little DNA was left had to be totally utilised in order to give a fair implication of evidence that mathched Amanda's own DNA.

There is no evidence to support Amanda or Raffaele cleaned anything. The police explained the lack of evidence by saying they cleaned away their evidence leaving only Guede's DNA :)) but they didn't prove they cleaned anything at all. THEY ONLY SAID THEY DID. good night, sleep tight

Well they fried the hard drive so we will never know about that unless someone competent fixes it before they screw it up beyond repair. Also the DNA test on the knife blade can't be repeated. The test destroyed the DNA sample.

She was murdered at 09:30 PM. That was when her call to her mother was interrupted. At 10:13 Guede attempted to call her bank but he dialed the wrong area code. That was the only call placed to her bank that night and the last call placed by her phones.

The cell phone calls to Meredith cell phone being short. I don't know if the company keeps a record of how long the phone rings. Why would they? My phone bill only shows a record of how long the conversation was. If Meredith's cell phones were off a recording would come on. I called my cell phone and it rang in my ear two times before the cell phone actually rang.

The Italian authorities only released what they wanted you to know and much of the initial news articles were fake. The washing machine was not running. No proof of bleach being used to clean anything was presented in court and the Judge's report doesn't mention bleach.

Also one news article said there was semen in her. Others only said his DNA was in her which could have been semen but maybe it wasn't. Many news articles disagree on details. Just pick one you like. They don't reference their source anyway. If anything they say "Police said" but not who. Some rumors were spread by the media without a source. The washing machine found running was made up by a reporter. There never was a source.

I don't claim to know so much about the evidence against Amanda, but LIFE so taught me one thing: When there are too many coincidences, something is wrong. Don't you find it strange that on the very night Meridith was killed, Amanda wasn't home? Don't you find it strange that the house was bleached around the same time she was killed? Don't you find it strange that she initially blamed her boss for the murder and retracted 2 weeks later?

There was no scientific evidence presented in court to indicate bleach was used to clean anything. All the bleach stuff was not true. Bleach leaves a residue that can be easily detected. The residue was not found on anything. Also bleach will not make metal "shine". Bleach is corrosive and would dull the finish on metal. Bleach on stainless steel does not change the appearance at all. none. zero.

Sounds like shotty investigating on Italy's part. Don;t they have CSI Italian there?? I say send the evidence here to the US to get it thoroughly tested by a research center that has nothing to do with either side. Both should take polygraph tests too w/an impartial party. I do feel that they were pressured there by the italian police dept./procecutors.
