The Beacon will be serviced by a full complement of security and maintenance staff. In addition to basic reception and concierge services, residents will be able to avail of expanded concierge service and a pay-per-use shuttle service.

hi! furnitures are not included (bed, sofa, t.v., tables, etc. but we include kitchen showcase (Electric counter tops, kitchen cabinets, etc.), Batroom Showcase (Shower enclosure, water heater, water closet, etc.)

Tower 1 and 3 will have sky gardens and viewing decks on their respective roof levels. These will be landscaped and will have sitting areas and barbeque pits where residents can cook and enjoy meals over 40 storeys above the ground. Tower 2 will have an enclosed Sky Lounge where residents and their guests can sit and relax while viewing the Makati skyline.

The amenities floor will also feature a roomy lounge area where residents can gather as well as entertain guests. There are also three function rooms which can be divided and combined depending on the needs of the resident using the rooms.

. The ground floor will be devoted to aerobic exercise equipment while the open mezzanine level will house the strength training area. Directly beside the gym is a changing and shower room with a stairs leading up to a sauna/massage area. Just down the hall is a day care center which opens up to the outdoor children's playground.

Running through both sections of the podium level will be a 300-meter long jogging path with exercise stations along the route. The podium level of Tower 2 will be devoted to indoor leisure and business facilities. The outstanding feature of this area will be the bi-level gymnasium.

It will have two lap lanes running down the center and will feature sunken decks and a wet bar. Right beside the main pool will be a separate children's pool and a toddler's wading pool. A large children's playground will be spread out over one side of the podium, next to Tower 1.

Most of the Beacon's amenities will be located on top of the shared podium. The part of the amenity area that fronts Arnaiz road will be devoted to landscaped gardens where residents can gather or walk around on their own among natural surroundings. On the Manila Cinema side of the podium will sit the 50-meter long resort style swimming pool.

The Beacon will offer its residents amenities that are superior to those of other high-rise residential products in its price range. The size of the property will enable the development to have a large area devoted to landscaping and leisure facilities while allowing the cost to be spread out over many units.
