No. His name is Browning. He appears in the Japanese Super-God Masterforce series. There are a few other gun robo's that are very similer to Megatron. :)

Not all of them in this ad are Decepticons. In fact. WatchRobo (there are four of them!) are Autobots and has various transformations... too bad their roles are insignificant compared to eitehr Prime VS Megatron or Starscream's Coup attempts.

Only WatchRobos are released as Kronoform. (From Takara)

1. These are from Takara, Transformers is from Hasbro

2. These are the first wave. Hasbro retooled some of them (The tapes, like Ravage and the gun into Megatron)

3. Obviously, their product-line's name (Micro-change + Diaclone + some Microman = Transformers)
