You should like the policy I propose as one of your Presidential Candidates in 2008.

Give 90 days for all in USA illegally to leave voluntarilly. After 90, any arested for being in USA illegally gets jury trial. If convicted, serve 3-5 years in labor camps to pay debt for breaking laws. Then we send them to home contry.

I agree with him illegals shouldn't have any rights except the right to get the HELL out of our country. They come here not knowing any English and expect us to change OUR language to accommodate them ( which we have already done by putting things in Spanish). They produce like 20 kids and then they collect welfare, government grants and loans when they don't even belong here. I say the illegal MUST go NO amnesty

This is one of the oldest and weakest arguments for open immigration, in any intellectual setting you would be laughed at. The founding of this country is in no way parallel with the huge machine it is today. Most developing countries need immigration to survive; developed countries such as the USA need controlled immigration to survive. This is simple Economics; you can come here if you can add to society. If burrito making is your trade, you're not needed.
