Hey Ninja. The easy way to fix that is simply putting everything closer together. Instead of making multiple jumping puzzles or running elements, create set pieces.
I usually work out the architecture of some things in an empty level and then practice on some set designs as well. When I think I got the hang of it I start putting them together in a blank level.
Really great map! but may i ask you how you made that helicopter in the end? it looked very elaborate.

For some reason my levels end up more strectched out
and not as dense as this.
