  • The rhythm is really good. It is a shame they did not finalize it, i think i would have been great.

  • the sound of the voice of brian is very rare :-/

  • Wow, that song is so catchy. Shame they didn't finalise the song (remove the ridiculous reverb etc.) and release it. Shame. Luckily they've got tons of other good stuff.

  • WHY WASNT THIS ON BACKTRACKS?

  • This is definately AC/DC. They've just pounded on tons of delay, to be brutally honest, it sounds quite awesome, but it's a bugger finding the guitar tabs for this song, still havnt found any :) \m/

  • Long live ACDC !!!!! Few bands have the ability to turn three chords in visceral music. Live GIBSON SG Angus! Transform yourself listening to the rhythmic sequence of Let It Loose and leave with a moral for better or worse. Turumrumtumturumturumtumtum !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • why isnt this on backtracks?

  • That vocal delay is horrible. I'd have a hard time believing this is Brian.

  • good riff, agreed.

why didnt they put this track on the 1988 album?

  • @dandoloneful Because it was leaked before the album came out so they scrapped it

  • that aint AC/DC

  • good song but it isnt ac/dc.....they dont put that much delay on vocals. and it isnt brian singing.

good riff though, id like to know who it really is though.

  • @beergut111 that is obviously brian and acdc and i noticed that on other outakes they have alot of delay on the vocals so they probably put it real high then toned it down later

  • Should have been cleaned up and put on Backtracks. It's so awesome.

  • Great!!

  • This is awsome! Pure rock n roll all the way

  • Why isn't this song on any of the albums? It sounds great!

  • blow up your video album has many outtakes songs that are great to listening.. bad luck :(

  • definitely brian johnson

  • @Lukios5 Definitely AC/DC

  • @ratmq that's what i'm saying

  • i thought this was gonna be acdc covering the the rolling stones song let it loose.

  • Shit why haven't I head this before

  • which planet's the singer from??

    Seems to be Atlantis

  • hints of Big Gun in the Riff. I like!

  • estos chicos tengan un sonidaso o sea un demo, joven o viejos siguen rockeando duro

    AC/DC

  • I can't understand why they never released a proper version of this superswinging song.

They just keep surprising me through all these years. You think you know ac/dc and then something like this shows up.

    awesome song.

  • dude its cuz it was stolen and bootlegged along with alright tonight but i completely agree it woulda been a great inclusion :)

  • i know i just found out about this

  • Let it loose, this song rocks...AC/DC ROCKS with all their songs

  • cool! i have so many acdc-songs, but not this.

    now i have.^^

  • This is AC/DC! I clearly hear Brian =)

  • damn i really like this outtake

does somebody have the lyrics from this?

I do have lyrics from allright tonight im gonna upload it now i think... :D

  • you stupid guys this IS REALY AC/DC

  • beaucoup de reverb mais c est bien le son de blow up. felicitations pour avoir deniché ca!

  • thats ac/dc. Brian just sounds that bad here

  • It's definitely AC/DC.

  • Trust me mate, that's Brian on vocals alright. The sound qualitys not to good. Lots of reverb for some reason. But i'm sure it's him.

  • It won't be the same they recorded that Album in some church in France i believe they got a real good reverb.

They just released Black Ice last year i wonder how many tracks they left off that one

  • Tabs for this?

  • AC/DC should have added this song and all the other extra songs from Blow Up Your Video to the upcoming release of AC/DC rarities but I guess they could not fix this quality any better

  • Why don't they just re record them

  • i love the instumentals at the end. and in Maximum overdrive. funny movie lol

  • Good Riff !

  • I like this song!! I cant find the lyrics to it, can someone help me out?

  • go on the acdcrocks forums. someone posted the lyrics in the second or third page of posts.

  • Brian sound kinda funny XD But it's good

  • He sounds like the singer from Britny Fox with lots of delay and reverb.

  • would have been fun to hear it in good quality

  • we all know .well at least i do.....where those sounds are comin from...so dont try rip any one off...or malcolm

will send you a letter in confidence just to ypurself

  • How many songs were left off BUYV?

  • 8 or 9

  • My god, what a riff! I have to learn it!

  • Where the hell did you get of your rare AC/DC songs. I've been searching for 7 years to collect all of their rare outtakes and demos and songs.

  • Could you get me a copy of those songs left aside for the BUYV and Stiff upper lip albums!

  • Comment removed

  • Let It Loose.... excellent find. But if you really want to impress me, find a copy of Hard On. You win the biggest prize ever for finding a recording of that.

  • If this was AC/DC's new single...oh my god...It would be a fucking number one hit! My friend who doesn't even really like rock music digs this song. That certainly tells you something, now doesn't it?

  • Agreed. If they re-recorded this as a new single, I definitely would not complain about recycling old material. If there was a high quality version of this song it would be one of my all time favorite AC/DC tunes

  • Fucking awesome, this should replace song of the current album.

  • This sounds closer to snake eye(another bonus song).

  • fucking hate youtube always freezes after 2 seconds

  • I love this cover ! I wish they would release it in better quality.

  • thanks for posting this, you're amazing. i've been looking for these songs for forever!

  • somebody tell me how i can download "I'm a Rebel" by AC/DC on limewire so i can have it on my Mp3 player

  • They never released it, a band called Accept found it and made their own version of it.

  • I'm pretty sure Accept bought the recording from AC/DC's label.

  • This sounds like a great timeless rockn´roll song. Beats Heatseeker. Thank you!

  • I second this. I love this one. I don't understand why it didn't make it.

  • ^^^^this guy knows about AC/DC, so the comment must be worth something

My opinion is that it certainly is a good song.. I wish that these songs would find their way as bonus tracks on some future album

  • probably because Brian's voice was distorted, but if they cleaned the audio up, it will be a gem!

  • yea true that.. it's got an echo reverbing (just a bit too much)

    still.. great song :)

  • Well I'm sure the equipment they used for demos isn't the best out there. They would never just clean up this recording. Even with today's technology, you couldn't do much for this recording. Hopefully the record company has a better one in its vaults.

  • you suck austintowers75

  • I like how the vocals somewhat echo throughout the song.

  • thank you, RockNRollDamnnation93, for posting all of these rare AC/DC songs ive never heard before. i appreciate it very much.

  • wow...i thought i knew all their songs....i guess "I BE DAMNED!!" haha

  • they have over 30 rare songs.

  • could you put all 30 in a list for me?

  • Dave Evans era Can I Sit Next to You Girl T.N.T. Rockin' in the Parlour The Old Bay Road Midnight Rocking Sunset Strip Fell In Love Rock 'n' Roll Singer Baby Please Don't Go Soul Stripper
  • Bon Scott era

    Stick Around

    Love Song

    R.I.P. (Rock in Peace)

    Fling Thing

    Crabsody In Blue

    Carry Me Home

    Cold Hearted Man

Been Up In The Hills Too Long

    I'm a Rebel

  • If you want to see the Brian Johnson era rare songs ask me. I could not post them for some reason.

  • holy crap dude. Thank you!!! you kick ass man! i already knew most of them, but there are a few i havent heard. THANKS!

  • u just got those from a website...wikipedia

  • yeah... but some are unconfirmed

  • Ohh right right.

  • There`s only two from here I`ve never heard and that I don`t have.

    I`m a Rebel and

Been Up In The Hills Too Long

Where did you get those from? and is there anywhere we can listen to them?

  • Well, Been Up In the Hills Too Long was a song Bon wrote while in Fraternity before AC/DC and was never recorded.

  • I'm A Rebel was originally an unreleased AC/DC song written by Angus and Malcolm Young's older brother Alex and AC/DC recorded it for the Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap album, but Bon Scott was drunk when he sang it, so it was unreleased and was in the Albert Vault of Unreleased songs, until this band, Accept, found it and it is similar to AC/DC's.

  • was I'm a Rebel the one written by Malcom's and Angus' brother?

(never heard of Been Up In The Hills Too Long)

  • yeah, I'm a Rebel was written by Ang and Mal's older brother, Alex, and on the original AC/DC recording it was said Bon played the drums and sang, and Alex played Bass.

  • Been Up In the Hills Too Long was a song Bon wrote when he was in Fraternity before it but it was unrecorded with either bands, though I'm not sure how Bon writing this while in Fraternity is considered a rare Bon Scott AC/DC song because it was written before he was in AC/DC.

  • apparently bon was quite drunk when it was recorded

  • yep, I wished that they released "I'm A Rebel" though... Instead Accept having to steal it from them.

  • can you find it on lime wire?

  • Yeah, you can. I did.

  • Bon Scott wrote Soul Stripper AND Rock N Roll singer.

  • actually it says they were written by angus and malcolm and dave evans, though it was credited to ang and mal

  • wait, it says that dave evans actually did a different version of Rock N Roll Singer with AC/DC, Though Bon Did write the other version which is the more famous version.

  • actually Dave Evans wrote Rock N roll Singer. Bon just re-recorded it with AC/DC an made it WAYYY better =D

  • Really? That's pretty cool. But I think anything that Dave Evans did, Bon could do way better! Hahaha.

  • That's because Dave Evans was a fuckin' pop rocker, not the rough rockers Bon was. Evans could never live up to Bon.

    R.I.P Bon Scott.

  • damn straight

  • Dave didn't write it, he did sing an early version of it but it was actually Malcolm that wrote it.

  • You know for being the worst of the 3 AC/DC singers I dont think Dave was that bad... of a singer... the problem with Dave was he wanted to go in one direction while the rest of the band wanted to go another direction. Now hes pissed about being fired and in any interview with him he makes AC/DC sound like its HIS band when infact it is the Young brother's band

  • Eh, Dave was too plain. I'm glad he was let go.

  • Don't get me wrong, Bon was much better... but Dave should have been able to go on to have a succesfull career, he was pretty good, just not good for AC/DC

  • He did go on, and he has his own band now if I recall correctly.

  • I said go on to have a sucessful career. Hardly anyone knows who he is outside of AC/DC, and his biggest achievement has been playing at an AC/DC tribute festival

  • Touche.

  • I'd love to hear more solo guitar tracks from the film. ^_^

  • haha Brian looks like a frog in the picture at 1:00 :P

  • keep up the good work;)

  • Fantastic song. Should have been on an album. Makes you wonder about a band's judgement when choosing material for an album.

  • Hey do you have any more of the instrumentals from MO?

  • i think this is my favorite of alll the rare songs just i cant understand what brian i can make sum words out man u really gotta give me the hook up to where you found these songs

  • I love your stuff so much! These songs rock so much! I really hope they release them one day!

  • Thank you midnightrider I'm also a fan of some of your videos. AC/DC have a ton more rare material like this in their vault that I hope one day they will release.

  • wow this song is awesome!!! why didn't they use it? clear up the vocals a bit and add a kickass solo and this would be one of my favorite acdc songs

  • Omg i never even knew these songs existed!! :0 Thank you so much RockNRollDamnation3 ^^

  • your welcome, I'm glad you enjoy them :)

  • Thanks for the rare songs. It was exciting hear them. I thought that would not be possible find them. Thanks again

  • anytime :)

  • were do you get this stuff? limewire?

  • somehow I don't remember where I got this one...

  • OMG, who ever says AC/DC's music is easy is wrong? This song is very complex! Sound's like Drugs were used in the making of it too!

  • naw, AC/DC don't use drugs, they're just naturally good

  • damn right

  • My mistake. It's the different mix produced by Y&Y with Jailbeak live produced by V&Y.

FOTW is one of my favourite AC/DC albums. The sound lets it down a bit, but I remember being seeing them live in '86 playing STP. Bloody marvelous!

  • Sounds awesome

  • What rare AC songs have you?

  • lots

  • erh....they have these songs everywhere for downloads...search for ac/dc rare and you`ll find them Torrentzdotcom for example.

    No biggie!

  • Thanks again for uploading "Messin' with the kid" superb! Have you got the Vanda & Young remix of Shake Your Foundations? Good your uploading stuff from Maximum Overdrive and posting Send For The Man was great. Reminded of bunking off school and walking 5 miles to town to buy FOTW on the day it came out. Cheers.

  • Hmm, I've never heard of any remix. Maybe if you get me some more info on it I'll see if I can get it. It's cool that you like the FOTW album also(usually only true fans like it). For some odd reason most people dislike it, but I think its great.

  • Thank you. Have heard that these songs existed but not been able to get hold of them.

Maybe I'm wrong but this, Borrowed Time & Snake Eye & Down on the borderline were possibly better than some of the tracks that made it onto BUYV.

Have you got the cover of "Messin' with the kid" that is also doing the rounds. I'd love to hear that.

  • Yeah I would have to agree with you. Some of these outtakes are just plain better then the actual songs on the album. And yes I do happen to have the "Messin' with the kid" song(took me forever to get it) and I'll be uploading it soon :)

  • where do you get these songs from dude.

  • can't say ;)

  • come on tell me e-mail me the answer please!!!!!
