To answer your question. Sure, a supernatural entity could do whatever it wanted, defy any law of science it wished, travel in and out of time throughout the universe going faster than light speed, increasing and decreasing in size, or whatever else. But that is only if the supernatural entity lies within the boundaries of space/time/matter. If it lies outside of those than even though it doesn't technically exist, yea it could do whatever.
The problem with supernaturals is that they aren't testable and are frankly, stupid.
I believe in the Dust-fairies who come out at night and put special dust in our eyes while we are lying in bed to make us sleep. I'm 100% sure that they are real. But the thing is that they won't come until you are right about to fall asleep and will vanish if you open your eyes or try to take pictures or anything like that. I even have an ancient book that mentions them!
That wouldn't have been considered stupid a couple thousand years ago. Why? Because there is no way to disprove it, and it explains a natural phenomenon.

The event happened in a time-space dimension, just like any other event, but it also had religious implications. You have set up a false dichotomy. And the whole point to this ridiculous argument was that I had looked up Ehrman's refutations BEFORE I had mentioned his name in my list of scholars who strengthened my faith. I proved it by telling godisgreat4ever at the BEGINNING of our conversation that, "There are points that Ehrman makes in his book that he placed in there obviously only to intentionally cause doubt to the reader with no basis."
When he asked for an explanation I gave it. At that point he had to attack something irrelevant

Sup Mig, yes there is a dichotomy between natural and supernatural because one lies inside scientific possibility and one lies outside of scientific possibility. I do not believe in anything supernatural, or any superstitions, or anything of that nature because if it defies something that is already scientifically explained than it isnt real or didnt happen. Sure we can't explain some things today that are scientific, ex: Why is there gravity? We don't know why, but it an observed phenomenon

So you reject a miracle because it is miraculous. This is blatantly circular. Furthermore, miracles rest on the basis of natural law. If there was no natural law, how could there be a miracle?
You need to provide a basis for denying the miraculous other than blatantly circular reasoning.

Your idea of a miracle is a god intervening with natural laws (ex: Parting of the Red Sea). My idea of a miracle is an event that occurs with increadibly small probability (ex: A man falling off of a 10 story building and surviving)

Because I don't believe in Supernatural beings, I cannot believe in your idea of a miracle. Do you Really believe that Jesus defied basic scientific laws? 1st rule of Life is that all Life must die. So when Jesus died he upheld this rule of Life, but when he ressurected he defied it and then ascended Spiritually into a Physical Heaven (it wouldn't be real if u couldn't see/feel/etc.) None if it makes sense, I can barely explain myself or go on about these inconsistencies of religious belief.

You state that the resurrection is impossible because it violates natural laws. The resurrection is NATURALLY impossible. But a supernatural force could do it. Now, you state that you don't believe a supernatural force exists and therefore you cannot allow miracles.
However, a resurrection MUST be caused by a supernatural force, if it indeed happened. And the historical evidence supports the idea that it happened, and therefore it also supports the existence of a supernatural being.

Id like to find a Nationally renowned history textbook at any grade level that mentions the resurrection of Jesus, aside from the already biased history textbooks at private christian schools. Basically I mean that there are no Public History textbooks that mention the resurrection. I never read it in my textbooks throught the years, I doubt any publicly educated person ever has this century

Saying that God could change his laws is an assertion too. As far as we know at this day and age, God has been offduty. He hasnt been miraculously breaking natural law lately. The Bible is a good Story and that is about it kabane. Infact it has a great storyline, the virgin birth, jesus's miracles, judas's betrayal, crucifiction, etc. But you can't take what alot of what it says seriously. The book is about teaching lessons and it tries to create ideal citizens. Taking the ressurection seriously means that you have to say that the Great Flood, Burning Bush, etc, are facts. History is malleable, especially when there are few sources and unrealiable ones at that.

To answer your question. Sure, a supernatural entity could do whatever it wanted, defy any law of science it wished, travel in and out of time throughout the universe going faster than light speed, increasing and decreasing in size, or whatever else. But that is only if the supernatural entity lies within the boundaries of space/time/matter. If it lies outside of those than even though it doesn't technically exist, yea it could do whatever.

The problem with supernaturals is that they aren't testable and are frankly, stupid.
I believe in the Dust-fairies who come out at night and put special dust in our eyes while we are lying in bed to make us sleep. I'm 100% sure that they are real. But the thing is that they won't come until you are right about to fall asleep and will vanish if you open your eyes or try to take pictures or anything like that. I even have an ancient book that mentions them!

That wouldn't have been considered stupid a couple thousand years ago. Why? Because there is no way to disprove it, and it explains a natural phenomenon.
The problem is that science can explain this phenomenon through the Scientific Method with repeatable reslults and therefore disproves of the dust-fairies' existence. We know now that eye-goop is either mucus or tears that accumulate while you sleep.
