The Last Airbender Movie review (FROM 2 TRUE FANS OF THE SERIES)

Save for two small instances all I hear you two talking about is how the characters don't look like they should. The fact is that if care had been taken to depict each character's personality well the audience likely would have forgotten that they didn't precisely match their animated counter parts. I agree that the movie wasn't good, and I've been a fan of the series since I was little, but I think this review is extremely superficial.

he should have made 3 movies each atleast 2 hours long and even then i dont think it would live up to the cartoon

OMG I totally agree. They ruined the HOLE thing. That movie was a discrace. It's like ALL of the actors and ALL of the directors of the movie, HAVEN'T SEEN ONE FREAKIN EPISODE OF THE AWESOME CARTOON!!!!!! Oh, and I think you forgot to cover this, but in the movie they pronounced Iro rong too. It's pronounced "I" row not "e" row. TERRIBLE MOVIE. Nice review, I definitely got to show my anger. By the way, whose your favorite character? Mine is either Toph or Mai.

@RubySparkle14 I hope you are this forgiving when someone takes something YOU like and messes it up utterly. The only thing he had to do was adapt an already awesome story. And he failed, pathetically. I don't watch cartoons anymore, but loved this when I did see it and M.Night should have to answer to the creators of the cartoon why he watched the 'Ember Players' episode and made the movie after it. Hell, the 'Ember Players' did a better job!

I'm just gonna come out and say it the movie was a PIECE OF SHIT!!!!1st. why the hell does uncle iroh have fucking dreads and did not shoot one fucking bolt of lightning 2nd. was prince zukos face even burned and why the hell did he have a full head of hair 3rd.what the hell are these little tatoos all over aang I'm pretty sure that its supposed to look blue... OMG!!!! THE BIG FISH!!!! that was the main thing i was hoping for in the movie. i was willing to let the actors and all that pass by but NOOOOOOOO no big fish so screw the movie. and totally the bending was awful and just completely wrong -_-'' since i am a man of hair i will gladly go on about how the hair was just horribly. each character had a significant hair style. gaaaaaaah the movie sucked DDDx but on a side note they coming out with a sequel to the actual show: Avatar - Legend of Korra
