At the time when this was on the television I was a huge Roxy Music fan and started watching the series just for Andy Mackay's music, but soon became hooked and never missed an episode. The music is timeless, and the series itself is just brilliant! Those were the days!

I fell in love with this song from the minute I heard it years ago.... I just wish they offered Rock Follies as a DVD set here in the USA It sucks to like something so much and not be able to get it.....

All-region DVD players can be found at very reasonable prices on the Internet. I bought mine from E-Bay, and it was very inexpensive. Then, you can buy any of the DVD's from the United Kingdom or Europe that are not available here. Amazon.uk carries both "Rock Follies" and "Rock Follies of '77," and I am sure that other stores in the United Kingdom do, as well. I jus checked the Amazon site, and the a set of both shows is only 12 Pounds Sterling. That's not bad at all.

It is such a shame that the "Bomb Shelter" got bombed. If ever programme managers where seriously looking for shows to re-run, this and "Australia You're Standing In It" should be at the top of the list

I loved Rock Follies and still have the Vynal Album, but I had forgotten just how good the music was, especially this excellent track.

Cannot describe how this song haunted me in my middle youth....loved the music of the man....loved the music of the rock follies....the writers captured the sound...the girls captured the feel....Glenn Miller will live on.....
