That's the last original one. Overseer is really just a remake of the first game Mean Streets. Also, Pandora Directive has a bunch of diferant endings and paths.
YAY YAY YAY!!! You said my name in the video! Hee hee hee! I'm so excited that you finally go to do this! I've really been looking forward to it. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get on to watch it: the new semester just stared and I'm beginning my Masters program now, so that's totally scary! You'll have to be my destressor, okay!? So you'd better keep those videos coming! I'll tune in between homework assignments! Ta ta! Love ya!
I just found out I still have this game! Never beat it -- I was 6 at the time I got it and couldn't figure out anything... Is there anyway I could install this game on XP or even Vista? Could you tell me how? Thanks!
Well I can't really spell out a tutorial here but you should download a program called DosBox. It is a DOS emulator and works pretty well. Read the instructions in the read me and you should be able to get the basics down.
Is that the thing about the blood? It's a line from an Edger Allen Poe poem, or at least a quote from him. I know the video quality isn't grate but it douse actually credit him. He was a horror writer from ages ago.
Wow, this game actually looks pretty decent. Somewhat surprised though, I thought this would be like all the other FMV games from back in the day and have really terribly awful acting.
Well it's supposed to be a spoof on old detective stories. One of the things I always liked about Tex was he never took himself too sereasly. Although I do appreciate that this game makes much more conventional seance then Phantasmagoria.
What are you kidding! We haven't even scratched the surface. FMV games were a huge thing back in the day. And I'm only going over the entertaining ones. Any way, good to know you haven't lost interest. I hope you enjoy the rest of the playthrough. ^_^
Personally I love good FMV games. Even went that bit of extra effort to get DVD versions of some, like Zork: Grand Inquisitor, Overseer and Legacy of Time.
I had thought that FMV games had died out before DVD came along but I guess it was more that is was before they became a standard format. Actually I recently heard that Dracula Unleashed was released on DVD. But as a game that you just play in your DVD player I think. That could be interesting to check out how that works.
Hm, all of the aforementioned came out late enough to be developed for Windows 95 at least. This video made me dig out my Overseer DVD out again, and spend some time getting it to run under XP.

It's a short story rather than a poem, titled The Masque of the Red Death.

Glad to see you back!
Never heard of this game either. Rather cliche from what I've heard. Sort of reminds me of Bladerunner.

Margot Kidder! wow... I've never heard of this game. I didn't realize there were so many live-action actor video games.
