  • your dips are not symmetrical, you should improve the form otherwise you will have a problems with posture.

  • Is it bad to do pushups and pull-ups on the same day 3 times a week?

  • @NISKNOODLES Nope, that's just fine!

  • Why don't you do Diamond pushups instead of normal. I don't even do normal push ups anymore.

  • @masterfan0 Because you are missing the point. Diamond push ups are not made for your chest muscles, but for the triceps muscles and this video is about the chest (see title). If you want stronger chest muscles by doing push ups, you should never choose diamond push ups, because those won't work.

  • im from eirop and of course i use metric sistem... and you are the best teacher i sen on internet so far

  • great video. great series. Are you going to do a series for weight training? how do you incorporate weights to this body weight series routine?

  • @GCPEtrangere Answer question 1: I probably will make a full dumbbell workout routine. Answer question 2: Do weighted dips, weighted pull ups, weighted push ups etc. Apart from the shoulder workouts you can use weights with every routine if you know how to.

  • I heard that even NASA uses metric

    180cm 70kg

  • @Kanashto Of course they use metric, if they would use the other system we would land on Mars (I know, not possible yet, but you get my point).

  • awesome exercises :D

what kind off results do you think one can achieve with the full bodyweight workouts you've uploaded?

  • @mortena95 Depends on your level. The first 3 days were really killing for me personally, but the last 3 were easy, because my abs, chest and back are used to heavier workouts. If you're intermediate I think you can definitely get good results.

  • great workout, great job! thanks for ur videos they are inspiring!

  • You sound as that you use a speech synthesizer to convert your Dutch to English...:)

or just a bad mice low sample rate?

    groeten hans

  • @SkateSpace2012 No, I don't need to convert my Dutch to English :P But yes, I do sound like that, but that's because I'm not good at talking in the first place. I know my languages, I just can't speak properly (not even in Dutch). The microphone sounded differently today and it was much louder, but I kind off liked it. I often have to cut out parts in which I lost my trail of thought and then it might sound a little bit robotic every now and then.

  • @jlvi13 yea im dutch too and i can't talk proper english nor dutch :P

  • Metres ! Kilometres ! Kilograms FTW !

  • @AllOne95 Metres are very easy, but the system that you are using has made things to complicated for you. Even Americans often don't understand their own measurement system. 1 pound is 0,454 kg or 454 grams. Now that's just makes no sense me. More annoying is the inaccuracy of feet and inches. I'm 171 cm long, but when converting it too feet and inches you get 5 feet, 7 1/2 inches, but actually those 5'7.5 is 171.45cm, so inaccurate. Complicated right? Not my fault! :P

  • @jlvi13 I'm using metres :) i'm From Lithuania :D

  • Use metric system... it is used nearly all over the world except in two of the biggest English speaking countries.

  • the warm up is a tough enough workout ha! in the uk we use metric and imperial, it's no problem
