Bukovina may be a region of Romania taken away, by Ukraine, earlier it was part of Hungary taken away by Romania, before that it was part of the Avar regions or Slavs, taken away by Hungary, so, in your view, shouldn't it belong to the great Avar empire? or belong to the Turks? Or the Vizigoths? Oh, try to be reasonable and don't politicize a piece of folk music please. It may have been collected by Bartók, or Kodály, or I don't know, who cares?
