@avusligatus More likely chromatic harmonica. I don't know if this is the same recording, but he made one of this piece with the harmonicist George Fields.
@MICHKAC Michkac thanks for your comment, and yes it is well possible because this piece comes from the reccord with the harmonicist George Fields. On the cover I thought of seeing Bandoneon.. Thanks for the comment.
This is incredible! One could not ask for a more beautiful song than this! You can look for this lovely piece on the Bossa Novaville album! Cheers! :)
previous to his 1965 Grammy Award (see below), in 1959 his album "Duets with the Spanish Guitar" (with Salli Terri and Martin Ruderman, produced by Robert E Myers and engineered by Sherwood Hall III) won the 'Grammy Award for Best Engineered Record, Classical'
and in 1961 he won the Grammy Award for 'Best Classical Performance, Vocal or Instrumental, Chamber Music' for the album "Conversations with the Guitar" (again together with Salli Terri and Martin Ruderman)
Oh Laurindo ... o seu som é pura emoção e retrada o sentimento mais íntimo do do Brasil (Laurindo your sound is pure emotion and reflects Brazil's most intimate sentiment !) Obrigado Eterno!!
