@MrEvolution133  Yes this was an heavy bag plus if I remember rightly it was very hard as well....I know because I trained there too!!!

@777philip I trained there too, I remember master A training on it telling me 'it's good to make shins hard' nut I remeber it being in the other room, where the ring was. I tried it a couple of times but it was too hard - it was filled with sand! Good old days huh?

Glad everyone is liking this video back when I was fighting I would put this on and it would just motivate me to train harder.He used to be at Jitti's gym in Thailand but I think he has moved on, even now he's amazing to watch on the bags those knees and kicks are awsome!!!
