    Exaggeration of things you disagree on is a cascade effect that eventually turns into the bitter prejudice between populations.

    1: Russia is the world biggest country, of course it will have areas with cold climate, but it's wrong to assume the entire country is ice coated.

    2: Openly flaming the government on the street is commonly not really accepted in any country... and per today Russia is not ruled by Stalin :P

    3: Vodka is to Russians as beer is to Germany. Problems?
