@mymoney24 the red band around the top of 5x clearly states 2 tablets daily. each pill is 99mg of caffeine. that's 2.5 standard pepsi's. if you take 2 pills a day, that is equal to 5 soft drinks per day! there is no need to take two piils at once. that will, without a doubt, cause complications down the road.

I used to take the old extreme back in high school I lost 32 pounds before I went into the Marines. It worked like crazy and gave me tons of energy, but it did giving some serious anger problems but i did take more than the bottle recommended (i think 6). I dont know if this stuff is any different than the stuff i had back in 06'.

Not to go against georgehawat and what he said, yes protein is great for bigger and repairing muscles but if you are going to take in a lot protein rich drinks in a day you are better off going with chocolate milk lots of protein and its scientifically proven by nutrition labs. Now for the pills I have been taking them for a while and if you don't know much about the pills dont take them and when u start dont take the full dosage for a week ur body needs to adjust to the increase of chemicals

I was close to calling 911 and request an ambulance because of how hard my heart was pumping, thought I was gonna have a heart attack. I been powerlifting for a while, I avoid fats, sugars, don't smoke. I do have the occasional beer on weekends but my diet is clean 95% of the time. Don't take ripped fuel, it will damage your heart and nervous system. Just my advice, I took them, 2 or 3 pills a day and the label on the bottle says 6 a day. I kid u not, I woulda had a heart attack if I took 6 of them.

u dont seem to know what the hell u talking about. This is ripped fuel 5 x and you only have to take 2 pills max. Ripped fuel extreme is required to take up to six capsuls.

@lil2j2man: this is ripped fuel 5x, I took the regular ripped fuel, the recommended dosage is 6 pills a day which I never took. I never exceeded 3 a day and mainly kept it at 2 a day.

you need a protein shake after every work out like about 30 min. after. and if your trying to get bigger and cut up take more shakes in a day then just one. protein shakes repair muscles so that you can get bigger stronger and cut faster.
