  • Pfft....

  • The odometer does not give a decimal.

  • crap

  • first of all he didin't redline , (rev limit is at 6700) and secondly its showing the trip lenght not the overall miles. Fuck people love to correct people on this stupid pussy tube.

I noticed this looks like its a bit faster than the 08 model, going to get one of these soon, i want the wide body look. hopefully they have fixed the understeer issues that were in the 08 (which was a cheap fix anyway with sway bars and alignment)

  • @hazmatsystem88 you want the 09 ive heard its far far better than the 08. look it up the improvement is great :)

  • @wtfyourafuckindoosh the 2011 is even better it has the STI wide body now and a few extras in the interior.

  • @hazmatsystem88 i know its sick as fuck thats the wrx i want its beautiful with the wide body it was so boring before...

  • @wtfyourafuckindoosh Wow, you are so behind on this. You want the 2011 now. It has a wider track than the 09 and a wide body.

  • @Katlunazul i know duhh my magazine covered the whole thing. its awesome as fuck now thats what i said.

  • @hazmatsystem88 LOL!! The "understeering issue" has been an issue for more than 10 years now. Not only 08.

I do not know who told you that a sway bar and alignment would take care of that... it will not. Stiffening the rear sway will kill some of the horrible body roll this thing has, but thats pretty much it.

  • I own a 2010 WRX, and if you had noticed correctly, the odo is displaying "Trip A" which you can reset whenever. Damn you people are quick at judging... or just dumb!

  • You are gunning the car at 350 miles??

  • @Katlunazul clearly says trip A and even if he was it wouldn't matter

  • @somanymods Its not as clear as you think. That is just a blur. But even though, Trip A does not mean that its less than the real miles. If you just bought the car, the 300 miles on the trip A could very well reflect the real miles.

  • @Katlunazul that is why when you ASSUME you make and ASS of U and ME, also check out mototuneusa break in secrets

  • @Katlunazul

The car at the time of this video had about 800 miles, but I have been driving aggressively with it since I bought it. The sales person something about a break in period which was observed for about the first mile that I owned it. Honestly I can care less about these periods, If it breaks its covered under warranty, I don't plan on keeping the car for over 20,000 miles anyway. About the trip meter, Its left on to observe fuel economy, mpg wont display unless your on a trip counter.

  • you do realize ur supposed to break these cars in first right...No rpms over 4k when the mileage is below 4k..these cars perform so much better down the line and last longer when you perform a proper break in...Good luck with ur ringlands!

  • @theeasyee 4k miles break in? Really? RTFM. Do you really think these engines havent been broke in from the factory? Break in isnt required from factory, just the manufacturer cya. Its better if shit breaks while you have warranty vs when it expires. Currently breakin is more for the clutch, tranny and diffs than anything

  • @Redmed427x you are really dumb for real, whats done is done, you recorded a video of you redlining an engine that is not broken in.I own a wrx and know for a fact that they require a break in period as i said above. haha the fact that it came from the factory doesnt mean anything they tell you when you buy the car to not do what you did so cyaaaaaaa

  • @theeasyee Umad? Whats with the name calling?

  • @theeasyee Oh, and idk if your umm.. iq is high enough, but i guess you didnt see that this isnt my video. rofl

Ive been around cars since u were in your daddys sperm sack. I think i have a bit of knowledge on the subject. Especially more than a silly stealership trying to cover its own ass from a warranty job.

  • @theeasyee I bet youre running a bov on your WRX, amirite?

  • @Redmed427x youre an idiot who obviously has not purchased a new car in a long time. they do not come broken in from the factory....the first thing anyone will tell you about any Subaru, not just WRX/ STI, is that it requires a 1000 mile break in period. and its not just more for the clutch and drivetrain, its actually for the piston rings genius, they have to expand gently to fill the space in the cylinder or else you will be shaving them. and that my friend will not be covered by warranty.

  • @prabbit505 Actually they do come partially broken in. It's not true to say the car is virgin coming from the lot, they break in many components at the factory to satisfactory levels. But there are other parts that aren't touched, so that's why they recommend the break in. I'd break my car in if it were new, even if it weren't recommended, though.
