I agree..i went to see a cubs game...they hit only 5 home runs...i wud have fallen asleep had it not been for my friends who were partying and drinking..nobody was watching baseball..same for american football other than the last 2 mins of superbowl...i believe its cultural...eastern cultures gravitate towards games/sports which require more mental/sophisticated techniques whereas westerners are more martial requiring little or no brains/skill where a lot of running/muscles are required

if you take even an avg of 50,thats 20*50=1000 runs more right there.

The ONE AND ONLY reason that tendulkar hasn't got 15000 runs and 50 centuries is because of ininterrupted injuries mostly due to increased ODI overload(as compared to laras relatively injury free career)

and dont forget

the more than 6000 runs in ODIs.
