It's a lot to take in when you realize your girlfriend/friend has been lying to you for four years. Plus all the danger you have had to face because of her actions, however unintentionally dangerous they were. If she really trusted Harvey she would have told him some time after "to tell a mortal" episode, b/c she knew he wouldn't freak out.
