Boring question I know but did anyone walk by and say "excuse me Sir, no filming". I usually get that but manage to get away with some footage. But I still feel my heart beat when that voice is heard.
@KAAKKK No the time you see on Airline websites is the time from Boarding to De-boarding or something like that. Airborne time is normally 30 minutes - 1/2 hours less. I'll make the flight video going to Manchester soon and you'll hear the captain say 'Flight time 35 minutes'. My flight tomorrow says 11 hours 20 minutes to LA but if winds are ok it will be around 10.
@M1sterHamilton This was I believe off-peak and cost around £160 for 2 people return from LHR-MAN. Could probably get cheaper with a different airline.
@HeathrowSpottingHD Yes but BA will replace some 747 and may send some a 380s to SFO maybe But me I would like to know the British Airways a 380 destinations. Also I live near YUL (Pierre-Elliot Trudeau international airport) and BA is serving this airport with the Boeing 767 and later this year with the Boeing 777-200. But iff you want to fly to Chicago there is a Boeing 777-300ER under BA livery. Finnaly I would like to know iff you have a mechanical inspection mandatory for cars in UK.
Thank you for nice comment. You making great shots of planes! I went to Manchester 26th of December on flight from Gatwick, flew over Heathrow. Will post video soon.
Very nice video. I bet I could recite the BA safety video haha and as always love the the PTU sound on the A320. I love sitting behind the wing but the problem is
you hear the jetwash noise with the engine instead of the lovely pure IAE sound. But great footage as always
@planeboy737 The PTU provides a pressure correction between the GREEN and YELLOW hydraulics (2 of the 3) hydraulic systems on the A320. As one engine shuts down or starts is provides pressure at 3000 psi to keep the hydraulics balanced
Nice one - when I left MAN because there was so many delays at LHR instead of holding around LHR the captain decided to wait at the threshold of 23L for 30 minutes and he closed down the engines whilst holding for 23L - LOL.
excellent video London looks beautiful how long is the flight from Manchester Airport to London Heathrow. Can not wait for part 3 felt like i was on that plane.
@ridisc4 Thanks! There is no part 3, just part 2 as it was meant to be one video but rendering failed. check the description with the link the the rest of the flight.
can anyone tell me what is the sound produced at 1:12 ?
thanks in advance, amazing videos ;)

Ah, the unique sounds of inside an airplane... Human voices are quieter than normal, the speaker is loud, if that makes any sense.

Is the total airborne time from take off to landing?
I'm doing this flight at the end of the month (first time flying) and the tickets say it's 1 hour (depart/arrival).
So how come this flight took only half an hour? Is the rest of the hour just mucking around boarding and stuff like that?
