It's such a shame arcades today have very little to offer. Games like this were so immersive with a level you cannot match with home hardware. Playing them with a group of friends was so much fun!
I remember playing this game loads at my local arcade along with Ridge Racer full scale. What a shame all the chavs beat it up so much they got rid of them.

MISSION UNSUCCESSFUL reasoning for 2B-3A (?) would probably be the Zolstone's electrical surges. The rest of them, I assume would be lack of cooperation from the group playing.

After watching this video once more, I realized that the failure was caused by the ship's malfunctions as mentioned at 03:43.
