For those of you questioning/criticizing LAPD's "excessive"response the woman with the dog @ around 11:20 pretty much clarifies why so many resources responded. Those cops don't get paid enough to have to deal with that kind of shit on a regular basis. Dealing with some of the idiots on the video on a regular basis takes a special breed I guess.
