it's called "Symphonic Rain - DVD Edition" for the PC. i /think/ there's a game that uses the same engine for the ps2, but the name of it escapes me -- one of the older ones.
and thanks. i can actually get 50k+ on most songs now. maybe i'll post up another one with a 50k score instead.
this is just the jap one with all the songs from the other games (plus the bonus disc one). i /think/ one or two are from the chin ver because they have probs showing the karaoke.
as for the program i used, i used "snagit" by techsmith. i use that for recording anything since it's quick and encodes directly into xvid if you want.
I have the game, but could u plX tell me how can i play this songs in the game.

This game is soo good, and since i'm such a BIG music fan it's heaven.
Why did i find out about it 2 years after it was released... >_< i hope i didn't miss anything.
Someone needs to tell me what the options are, i just kept em all default, maybe that's why it's sooo hard?
Sure, i can figure out what some do by trial and error but others i have no clue about.

yeah. i'd put up more of what i can do, but i've just
started to feel lazy after a while. i did record
about 3 or 4 more songs, i just haven't really felt
like upping them (and, if i remember, i probably
screwed up in one of them).
it just takes a little practice to get it down.. the
thing for me, though, is i don't memorize the keys or
the patterns or anything.. i do better on the fly.

Wow, I "obtained" the DVD version too but don't know where to get the other songs from the bonus disk. Any "tips"?
Oh yeah, my Ame's only 50k. I recently was like "Zomg I can get the timing now and not skip notes" and got to that.
I don't know why the hell I can't do Lyceenne though. It's like the easiest song XD.

And yah, other than Ame no Musique and Melody, all my base song sucks (I don't have the extra ones) especially Lyceenne >_>.

ehe. if by "buy" you mean "obtained in some manner", sure. XD
ame no musique is my highest score, actually. 63k, i think it was? or 61. somewhere in the 60s.
it takes a lot of practice to get the timing right. i was proud to have 30k before, but got better and better.

if you're in the "normal view", click on the "Input:" drop-down box and check "Record Audio". make sure to configure the audio in output properties.
also, snagit doesn't allow straight to mp3 recording -- it records it as uncompressed PCM.. at least - i haven't figured out how to if it can.

Wow. Never expected this song to be playable too. Is this only in the chinese one or the japanese one too?
And on a side note, can I ask what program you use to record the video? Mine seems to have lots of problems <.<
That aside, wow. Hard [and energetic] song. Great score.
