Sigh I've seen the Army use Gators on Chinooks for that job with standard US mortars. At least those "golf carts" are on budget.

Where is the gun mount or cargo area on the mini hummer? This sounds like a lot of sour grapes. Seems overpriced, but a full description and comparison was not given here, nor was the Corp's rational.
