Rise Against is more like Bad Religion and Pennywise put together. One of the greatest bands of this decade to me.Waaaay better than AFI or shit bands like Linkin Park
i think that you need to see them live to start liking zach, cause when you look at the videos you notice all the mistakes, but when you see them live you dont, and you just see him jump around
Rise against definitely my just a studio band, this sounds really similar to the album version. The first four or five songs at an RA concert are always basically carbon copies of the studio versions. From there Tims voice starts cracking, music is still phenomenal regardless. They definitely know how to put on a show.
Awesome band. And guys Zach might not play well but he gets the audiences attention and who cares not even if hes not perfect the band makes up for it by owning the stage

i made a poster and it said "hey tim let me play behind closed doors on guitar with you" and he saw it after a few songs. then he told me to get up on the stage. i tried to figure out wich parts are played by tim and wich ones by zach and then i asked him if its right the way i thought. but i learned the song the day before the concert so it was kinda rough^^
i still have contact with zach and they asked me to do the soundcheck with them next time.

Chris was a boring guitarist...at least zach has brought life to the stage I mean sure he makes some mistakes sometimes but his main objective is to get the crowd going. Because if you look at concerts with chris he just sits there like a stiff board...and Tim is moving around by his self which makes him look crazy..

Zach probably got the opening solo a bit sloppy because he had to switch from playing the rhythm to the lead solo since Tim wasn't on rhythm guitar for this song.

i don't think he zach does fuck it up, the reason i think is because he held the bend longer in the recorded version making it look fucked up here. but shit i gotta give it to the drummer (sorry i always forget his name =P) he goes crazy on the kickdrum with a already hard beat as it is

Yes, Zach isnt great at playing Chris's part because Chris wrote it. You cant play as good as the person who originally wrote the part

Zach probably got the opening solo a bit sloppy because he had to switch from playing the rhythm to the lead solo since Tim wasn't on rhythm guitar for this song.
