Jerry Hummel was the original drummer for Saturate and We Are Not Alone. Breaking Benjamin relieved him of his duties after recording We Are not Alone and he ended up suing them for 8 mil. for not paying him for songs he helped write. That's the story I've heard, and yes, Had Enough was about him.

Considering the lyrics, I think it is. I mean, the lyrics kind of bring to life the situation in which Jeremy left the band. Plus, Ben, at shows before they play it, usually says it's about greedy assholes who try to get as much money as they can out people. Something along those lines kind of helps you believe it's about Jeremy. But, I like Chad better anyway. No offense to Jeremy cause I've liked BB since Saturate.
