Megaupload is normally used in an illegal manner. That's why it was taken down. The legitimate way you use it is very rare. I hate the PIPA and SOPA act, but I do agree that online piracy needs to be prevented in some way. File sharing basically robs musicians and filmmakers around the world. That's not cool.
