I'm thinking about doing this diet, I'm 6'2 and about 235 pounds, and an ex power and olympic lifter. Have you done the diet? If so, did you keep most of what you lost off after the diet, and do you have any before or after pics??
@Pasc9 Yes I did the diet for 21 days and lost a total of 7.8kg (17lbs) from a starting point of 84.9kg (187lbs). A month later I'd put on 1.8kg which was basically just water weight and have stayed pretty static since then.

It was really tempting to pig out after the diet was over, but if you've got the willpower to do the diet, you've probably got the willpower to resist bingeing after it.

i did the diet for 20 days and went from 94kg to 86kg and im now 85kg not bad eh
