I put these mufflers of my pickup that I rebuilt due to how they some on this stang, but my 355 is quiet yet deeper at idle with them and the top end sounds pretty damn good . I am running true duals without a cross over and a total of 7' or pipe on each side including muffler in 2.5". My question for you is what size is your exhaust? You seem to have a more sharp tone. I love it!!! Sweet car bud!
@sav300 he is running with no cats " O/R h-pipe " that means no cats....if you have your cats you will never get this " sharp tone "......get a sctx3 with a custom tune then cut your cats out......good luck man
@TheSleepermgm If you'll notice I said its in a pickup witha 355. Mine is a chevy. Its a 1970 and does not have cats or a cross over nor an x-pipe like I said. That will make a difference in exhaust note, but compare carb to EFI and 2 valve to 4 valve and things change as well. Basically my pickup will never sound like his stang due to many reasons, the engine being the main factor.
Wow, I'm impressed. Sounds like an LS/1! That's a compliment, next to Ford Flatheads, I find LS/1's to be the best sounding V8's. That's coming froma fellow Mustang driver as well...

@sav300 the exhaust size from the H pipe back was 2.25. the H pipe was 2.5".
The H pipe adds a deep sound.
