There are a few options here:

1.You can switch of all the info on the video by clicking on a red button under the screen (Hide annotations), if it's moving too intense for you, and just enjoy the pictures with music.

2. You can close your eyes and dream away in your headphones:)

3 You can pause to read some facts on the cosmology, and dream away after..
