Nice!  I have a 97 RAV4 (4 door, 5sp w/ ABS and LSD) loaded and love it. The town they drove through reminded me of something from Metro 2033.

genII 4az-fe owner here, i love my Rav4 it has pretty good highway pickup if you know how to handle the throttle properly and can give a good fight in a simple stoplight staredown

@rioishikawa true true, in short, Ravs are nimble and are fast in accelerations. sadly, they're only limited up to 150kph

My friend has a Rav4 4 door. Its a ok car, he says the gas mileage is good but he says it lacks in power.

lacks in power?? then he got some problems with the engine... cuz the rav4little bit owerpowered i think... :)) mine could break your neck while accelerating in first gear xD

my dad bought an 08 rav4 v6 limited and man does it fly, it has the most responsive throttle i've ever depressed..and its fun too, as for off-roading we haven't done that yet, i'd like to, nice video also

jeeps are better off road but I'd rather have a vehicle that still doesn't have any major engine problems after 125k+ miles

I just "upgraded" from a RAV 4 to a Jeep and I have never been more disappointed in my life. In the 6 months of owning the Jeep I have had $15k worth of repairs made to it and it's a 2005 model. My beloved RAV had a 2" lift kit, AT tyres and went to hell and back off road. In the 5 years of thrashing that car I replaced 1 x powersteering pump and that's it. Give me the RAV back any day and you can stick the Jeep as far as it'll go!
