Yeah, I don't know why the parents left the poop in the diaper. You're supposed to shake any solid waste into the toilet before laundering. The green and yellow stuff is poop from breastfed babies. Those diapers are called "prefolds", and they are a type of diaper that goes inside of a diaper cover.
