@YuffieValintine, according to the official website of Ripple Pictures (the production company), the status is listed as "post production - delivery July 2010). I'm not exactly sure what delivery means though...delivery to the film's distributors? I doubt it's the release date because that's too soon, they have to allow time to market and distribute the movie before release.

I am pretty sure it will come out later this year, you should also check out the Island also starring Colin Morgan which comes out next year.
