i love how the cure never took lyp syncing seriously.

i never understood why a TV show would bother having a band there with instruments and have them not perform live. i always just assumed that it was too much trouble to actually have them play live on the set. i'm positive it wasn't the cure's choice.

BTW, it looks like robert was drenched in acid at this point in his life. not that it's a bad thing, but i can see it's affects.

@sosifrk yeah... I think in later years they dropped the lip sync thing but the instruments were still not actually played. Nirvana is a good example where they obviously weren't playing their instruments and kurt purposefully sang the song an octave lower than the recording. It's so much fun to watch. Check it out.
