hahahaha What happened to 400 Crores of funds which was given to eavh IIT last year? what happened? how many nobel prizes did IITs produce in past 40 years? not one and never will, if the students keep escaping to US.And professors are lousy jealous bastards except a few.And the Defence spending has to be done. 7 years is a very longtime for a fighter aircrafts fleet to go old and non-airworthy.
