@JaimeGiacomo It's an amazing suv tho, So good to drive and the interior is really comfortable. You should check out the 2008 Mdx tho, The exterior is way better than the new ones. I would rather have an mdx anyday over a bmw X5.

@Geordonk I agree that it's a good SUV. The auto press and media all say it drives great, has good reliability, and is one of the better choices out there. And they also all say that it's the ugliest design on the planet. Acura would be selling a lot more vehicles if their design wasn't so polarizing. I'm going to wait until next year when the totally new 2013 MDX comes out. Acura is slowly realizing they need to rethink their design language if they want to be competitive.

Too many to list here, but here's Motor Trend: "While we like the MDX's visual freshening, its looks continue to suggest a transformer impatient to reconfigure its appearance." Even Acura fanbois on the Acura forums complain about Acura's polarizing designs. And it's very well known in the automotive world as part of why Acura has never become a distinctive brand. Nice vehicles, but just ugly. Sorry.

@kawaihui that's just your opinion but you comparing 2 different car, crosstour is a crossover type and mdx is a suv.But i would NEVER pay 40k for a honda.

i have this car (2007)

i used to have BMW X5(2006), but Acura  is much better. More comfortable,faster,and actually, cheaper.

@ilia77rus x5 suck dude! i owned a 2008 and i had some troubles in the shifter and the electronic park button so i traded it with a 2009 Touareg V6 fully Loaded!

The MDX is alot much better than the X5 but not better than the Touareg;)

my mom just bought one and it's great. the navigation isnt as hard as everyone says it is to use. and i like the front end. its better the the front end in the 07-09 model.

this car is freakin nice. I want one but only 19 in college. Might try to get a pre owned 2007 acura in red. The only real difference is front styling and a few adaptive cruise control goodies. and a bit nicer navi quality. but still the same. Luv acura's.

Continue.. but by then 10-20. The MDX design will change to fit 10-20 in the future. The design might not be known or make sense now, but it make sense in 10-20 years, but by then the design will change to something that will make sense in 10-20 that's what car companies been doing or attempting to.

A lot of companies are making there designs futuristic, but from what I see the Infiniti designs can be considered as futuristic. But I see the cars starting to look like sea animals. Yeah, cars are gonna start being more "modern" because for each passing year the term "modern" changes. This design will suit the era in 10-20 into the future.

i disagree. its very futuristic. cars are getting more and more "space - like" so it fits well with the changing times.
