you can get your body off the ground well but you lack in proper approach, you need to be more balanced and steady when the shot comes in leaning on your toes when it does. if you can do that, you'll be able to leap another 5 feet trust me ;)

I agree, Flash ain't always good. You can also tell that service is lax and it is a drill done repetitived. He is diving before the ball is in the frame.

i play for a team in scotland and i have played Pro initiative level and i have been picked for my county and the south east of scotland this is not talented yeah maybe hes an alright keeper he just makes them look dramatic

He's totally in unbalance when the shot comes. These shots looked like they were planned, so he knew where they came. He's got no chance to get his balance right with that technique if he didn't know where the shots came.
