In my opinion everyone of them has his own style and we can`t just compare them Because Jackie is the funniest fighter with drunkin master, Bruce has the golden fist & leg which can take off a man`s head(jeat kune do) , Jet is speedy,serious &tough ( wuu-sho) , So we can rate them like so.

bruce had speed ,power..but he cant match jackie s mobility and balance ..his speed is nothing buit exceptional as well...while jet li.weell hes one of those extremely accurate martial artists..(or I presume him to be)..what matters bottom line is not the style of martial arts ..its HOW they trained their mentality together with the efficacy of their workouts....Howver I would rate them like so.

Not really, but they are a good exercise.

Yes they are, I have 5% body fat, bench press 60 pounds over my weight, do 30 pull ups, and I can do all kinds of ab exercises but I CAN'T do freaking V-sits. You have to be so strong...if you're a gymnist or something though i guess it's kind of natural with the training you go through though.
