At least Bungie managed to relinquish itself from M$'s grasp. H1 was ok but they made an abomination of it just like they did with Mechwarrior/Mechassault/Battletech and Banjo Kazooie. I have a bad feeling if KI3 were made, it would fall under the same fate, and would end up as a M$ IP.

We do not want that.

I say if KI3 is ever to be made, Rare better get outta M$ before doing it, and FAST, before they fall to the same fate as FASA.

Don't blame Microsoft. Peter Moor wanted KI3 when he was still working for Microsoft. Ken Lobb constantly pushes for a new KI game. It's those idiots at Rare who are responsible for this. That's why one by one everyone that has worked on the game is leaving Rare.
