I think, but not sure, that a previous fistula had problems (by the looks of the patient's fingers), so they had to create a better one and remove that one). Most surgeries look horrible at the time.
my brother just had it done on his upper fore arm 2week ago and do they leave it open or stitt it up they left his open and cut to deep to the bone it open just like video and that crazy
