it's funny have people automatically think that "linus & lucy" is "charlie brown's" theme song. it would have been named after him.

@bluejay55118 For actually credit, Vince Guaraldi Trio performed "Linus and Lucy" and it just became very well know. It wasn't the official theme.

I think this might've been originally meant to be the original theme music for Peanuts, since it was used as Charlie Brown's theme. But of course, Linus and Lucy's intended theme wound up being more famous

@wileyk209zback I think it's maybe more that the Peanuts series itself wasn't intended to have a theme, but several of the characters were.
